Nice comfortable house, nicely decorated, to accomodate numerous careful families. Very large plot in the middle of nature, magnificent view of the mountains, numerous terraces, river, woodland, totally fenced pool, bowling alley, large portico, ping-pong table ...
Ground floor: living room of 55 m2 with large windows fully sliding overlooking very large terrace (60 m2) - large kitchen very well equipped + scullery - master suite with bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). On the 1st floor: 1 Bathroom (shower) - 3 rooms with double bed of which one with a room of shower. Second floor: 1 bathroom (bathtub) - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed and a shower room - 1 large dormitory (30 m2) with 6 single beds. In addition 2 beds of BB + 2 high chairs - In total 6 rooms + 5 bathrooms + 4 WC
Numerous beautiful villages: Manas, Pont de Barret, Rochebaudin, Poet-Laval, Grignan to the south ...
Music festivals all summer, ideal region for bike rides, 10 minutes from the fantastic forest of Saoû, swimming in rivers, canoeing on the Drôme, hiking, horse riding, golf 20 minutes
