Very beautiful modern Villa, high quality rental house with 190 m2 and 1 private swimming pool located 100 m from the sea (accessible on foot in 2 minutes) and the white and fine sand beaches for 12 km: one of the most beautiful beaches of Europe.
- SETE - new Villeroy district and at the edge of the Thau lake for surfers and kite surfers from all over the world, lovers of water sports or pleasure (70KM2 of surface).
- Ground floor:
- 1st fitted kitchen area with lounge and dining room of 35 m2 - Air conditioning - 1 WIFI TV sofa - office space - neat decoration - 2 bathrooms with Italian shower + 3 separate WCs - laundry room with washing machine - natural cooling of the house with exhibition

- 5 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed (2 bedrooms 160 cm, 2 bedrooms 180 cm and 1 bunk bed children's room therefore 2 x 90 cm) - television in one of them and dressing room of 5m2
  therefore hosting up to 12 people (5 bedrooms and sofa bed in living room)

- 1st floor: very large living room 60 m2 with 2 3-seat sofas - 2nd modern luxury fitted kitchen - large dining room and access to the sheltered terrace 36 m2 with individual bamboo armchairs etc. outdoor table upstairs

Geräumiges Haus fussläufig vom Strand, sehr gute Ausstattung. Gilbert, der Gastgeber, war unglaublich herzlich und hat sich hervorragend gekümmert.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette villa à deux pas d’une superbe plage et ses paillotes. La maison est très bien équipée et le propriétaire - bien qu’à distance - intervient efficacement ou moindre petit souci. De plus il est de très bon conseil pour les restaurants et le reste. A refaire à la prochaine occasion !

Très belle maison située dans une très belle région.

Maison très confortable avec toute les commodité, située dans un beau quartier calme et sécurisé. Très proche de la plage et de plusieurs commerces et restaurants. Je vous conseille vivement cette maison. Sans oublier la sympathie du propriétaire qui est très accueillant et disponible en cas de besoin. Merci Gilbert.

Magnifique Villa avec d'excellentes prestations : grands volumes, répartition des espaces de vie très pratique, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (il y a même une machine à glaçons !) à 2 pas de la plage, avec piscine Parfait pour réussir un très bon week end
