Love home close to the sea

This is a lovely home that is on a little peninsular. There is a great walk close by to the river which leads down to the sea. There are some great little beaches too. We visited many of the surrounding villages and enjoyed some great food out. I highly recommend staying at this property although we would of liked to get in to the property earlier than 16:00hrs.

Beautiful location lovely clean modern house with large garden

Lovely house, very relaxed owner, beautiful location. Only negatives are local beaches have a lot of rocks and more seaweed than others further away plus nearest boulangerie and other shops are in Tregunc which is 20mins by bike. But so peaceful and ideal for coastal walks.

Lovely property near the sea

House was well equipped and comfortable. Beaches are an easy walk away and the house is ideal if you want to stay in a quiet, tranquil location and perhaps explore the area by bicycle or car. There are no local shops but there are several large supermarkets a few miles away. It's a good location to explore the lovely towns along the coast and we found lots of nice cafes and restaurants in Concarnou, Benodet and Trevignon. The owner was very nice and he met us at the house and collected the keys when we were leaving. We would definitely stay again.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich wunderbar in jeder Beziehung. Das Esszimmer: großer Tisch, sehr gute und schöne StĂŒhle. Die KĂŒche bietet viel Platz und ist hervorragend ausgestattet; es fehlt wirklich gar nichts.Der Wohnbereich ist ebenfalls gemĂŒtlich, allerdings mĂŒsste die Couch dringend erneuert werden; da blĂ€ttert das Leder? ab, sieht nicht schön aus.Die SchlafrĂ€ume im oberen Stockwerk sind gemĂŒtlich und bieten ausreichend Platz. Hervorzuheben sind noch die guten Matratzen.Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen: in 5 Minuten per pedes ist man am offenen Meer; in 10 Autominuten in Concarneau. Direkt vom Haus aus konnten wir viele Radtouren unternehmen (keine E-Bikes) und der KĂŒstenwanderweg GR34 liegt auch quasi vor der HaustĂŒr.Der Gastgeber Jean-Marc war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar und ansprechbar.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt an der Bretonischen KĂŒste

Wir haben in diesem Haus 2 wunderschöne Wochen zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche im Alter von 15 & 18) verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist eine ideale Basis fĂŒr TagesausflĂŒge und Strandbesuche. Wir konnten jeden Morgen noch vor dem FrĂŒhstĂŒck ins Meer gehen, da der Strand in höchstens 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Jedoch sind die etwas schöneren StrĂ€nde etwas weiter entfernt. Diese können jedoch auch gut mit den zur VerfĂŒgung gestellten FahrrĂ€dern erreicht werden. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gerĂ€umig, komfortabel und bietet alles, was man braucht. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt - man muss jedoch gegen Ende des Aufenthaltes selbst putzen. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Haus liegt angenehm ruhig.

We enjoyed our stay at this propert very much with plenty of secluded beaches and good local restaurants. The house was well equipped and even had well maintained bicycles supplied for the whole family. A good place for a family holiday.

Einfach wunderschön!

Der Ort des Hauses ist wunderbar. Auch fĂŒr die Teenager war es super. Sie waren schnell am Strand und bei Ebbe konnte man hervorragend baden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Ankunft alles erklĂ€rt. Er spricht gut englisch. Das Haus ist sauber und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Ruhig und schön gelegenes Ferienhaus ca. 300 m Fußweg vom Strand

Wir haben hier im Juli / August 2020 2 Wochen Sommerurlaub mit der Familie verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Vermieter, Monsieur Pelleter war schnell erreichbar, korrekt und hilfsbereit. Einziger Mangel (aber die Beschreibung des Hauses war insoweit nicht falsch, allenfalls nicht ganz vollstĂ€ndig) war fehlendes WLAN und die ziemlich schlechte mobile Datenverbindung, so dass die Internetnutzung fĂŒr uns nur sehr eingeschrĂ€nkt möglich war. Außerdem musste das Haus endgereinigt ĂŒbergeben werden, was wir uns gerne gespart bzw. fĂŒr die Reinigung bezahlt hĂ€tten. Davon abgesehen passte alles: Ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 4-5 Personen, sauber, etwas knapp (nur 1 Kleiderschrank, ansonsten ein paar Kommodenschubladen fĂŒr Kleidung / persönliche Dinge) aber ausreichend und ansprechend ausgestattet (wenn man Ikea-Design mag :-) ). KEIN Grill (sonst ja meistens in FerienhĂ€usern vorhanden). Zwei schöne und gerĂ€umige Terrassen. Riesengarage, die sowohl fĂŒr's Trocknen von WĂ€sche bei Regenwetter als auch fĂŒr eigene FahrrĂ€der u. Ă€. sehr nĂŒtzlich sein kann. 4 FahrrĂ€der, die man durchaus benutzen kann (fĂŒr sehr große Leute allerdings etwas klein geraten). Ruhige Lage, Riesiges, allerdings ziemlich kahles (Rasen-) GrundstĂŒck. FĂŒr Fußball, Frisbee o. Ă€. super geeignet, da man geschĂ€tzt ĂŒber 900 qm freie RasenflĂ€che zur VerfĂŒgung hat. Ca. 300 m Fußweg zum nĂ€chsten (familiengeeigneten Sand-) Strand, wo man auch bei Niedrigwasser noch ohne große MĂ€rsche zum Wasser kommt und schwimmen kann. Der Ort Pouldohan hat KEINE Möglichkeit zum Einkauf, auch nicht fĂŒr morgendliche Croissants o. Ă€. NĂ€chster Ort mit SupermĂ€rkten, mehreren Restaurants, Post, Bank, Bar, Markt etc. ist TrĂ©gunc in ca. 4 km Entfernung. Concarneau ist dann auch nicht mehr weit .... Lage ansonsten gut fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Carnac, Quimper, QuimperlĂ©, Pont-Aven etc. Insgesamt: Klare Empfehlung! Trotzdem wĂŒrde ich persönlich bei einer Suche nach Ferienhaus in der Region beim nĂ€chsten Mal versuchen, eines mit WLAN zu bekommen. Aber das hĂ€ngt ja sehr von den persönlichen BedĂŒrfnissen ab. Empfehlung an den Vermieter: WLAN installieren wĂ€re wĂŒnschenswert und wĂŒrde den Marktwert erhöhen!

Sommerurlaub Ferienhaus Tregunc Juliu 2020

Wir haben im Juli 2020 zwei wunderbar entspannte Wochen im Ferienhaus der Familie Pelleter verbracht. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es wurde uns sehr sauber, aufgerĂ€umt und in einer sehr netten und freundlichen Art ĂŒbergeben. Herr Pelleter hat alles gezeigt und erklĂ€rt. Wir sprechen kein französisch. Die Übergabe hat auf englich sehr gut funktioniert. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und perfekt fĂŒr Wanderungen und Radtouren geeignet. In Concarneau, Quimper und Lorient gibt es eine Menge zu sehen und man kann auch mal ein paar Tage ohne Sonne gut ĂŒberbrĂŒcken. Wir sagen vielen Dank und hoffen ein Wiedersehen in Tregunc.

RĂŒckblick auf einen entspannten Urlaub!

Wir können dieses wunderschöne, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr gepflegte Ferienhaus uneingeschrĂ€nkt und auch fĂŒr lĂ€ngeren Urlaub empfehlen. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefĂŒhlt in den zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist wirklich Top. Man ist schnell am Strand und es gibt sehr viel Gelegenheit fĂŒr ausgedehnte SpaziergĂ€nge in der abwechslungsreichen Gegend. FĂŒr die obligatorischen AusflĂŒge zu den vielfĂ€ltigen Zielen der Bretagne ist der Standort ebenfalls ideal. Sollte das Wetter einmal nicht zum Draußensein animieren, ist es im Haus gerĂ€umig, hell und gemĂŒtlich. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert in der gesamten Abwicklung. Die VerstĂ€ndigung klappte prima. Wir blicken gerne auf unseren tiefenentspannten Bretagne Urlaub in diesem Jahr zurĂŒck, zu dem unser Feriendomizil nicht unmaßgeblich beigetragen hat.
