In the entrance there is an independent toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine. At this level, there is also a bedroom with a Queen size bed (160/200) and its private bathroom with shower. You will certainly appreciate its large bay windows overlooking the garden.



On the upper floor, three bedrooms await you: the first and second with Queen size beds, and the third with two single beds. You will also have a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Don't fancy going back to the office? You can work remotely thanks to the office space on the mezzanine and Wi-Fi connection. From this space and one of the bedrooms upstairs, you can even catch a glimpse of the sea.

For added comfort, you will be able to park two, or even three cars on the plot, depending on their size. A Bluetooth speaker is also at your disposal.
