Charming Family Villa, covered terrace, large garden facing south

family villa located in the heart of the resort, 100m from the center, 200m from the children's garden and 400m from the beach, in a very quiet street.
rental preferably fortnight, minimum 1 week. (no rental for a weekend)
Freshly renovated and revamped, the house is very well equipped and comfortable. The equipped kitchen is new. Large living-dining room. The 4 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 8 people. A bathroom + wc downstairs and a shower room + wc upstairs.
The garden of 1000m2 is entirely closed and sported. Southern exposure with a large wooden deck at the front. A second terrace is fully covered and super nice for dinners at night. At the back of the garden, possibility to install the land of Badmington.
A garage to accommodate bicycles and beach games. A barbecue, 4 sun loungers, a table and 6 teak chairs are available.
Hardelot is for lovers of water sports, walks, golf or horse riding. The resort is quiet and very child friendly with the many activities that are offered to them.

Fantastic house, great location!

Very lovely house nearby the city center, beach and playground. Everything was as in the description. We also loved the little children’s corner in the house, that was a very nice surprise. Would really recommend the place also if you travel with small children. The owners are very nice, thank you very much!

The house is in a great location with easy walking to the beach and also a lovely children's play area. The secure garden is great for small children and the area is very quiet with very few cars passing by.The house is fully equipped with everything that you would need. The living area is comfortable and the outside terrace is great for outdoor eating and socialising.Great communication from the host. I would recommend.

Geweldig en goed gelegen huis

Wij hebben genoten van dit fijne huis waar vlot ruimte was voor vijf volwassenen en twee kleine kinderen. Het is perfect gelegen ten opzichte van een supermarktje, een speeltuin en de zee. Enkel jammer dat de lokale restaurantjes niet veel zaaks zijn. Daarvoor gingen wij naar Etaple en Boulonge.

bon accueil avec les propriétaires la maison est bien située et endroit calme 5 mn à pied des commerces et de la ville 10 mn à 15 mn de la plage à pied - voiture indispensable pour les petits très bon séjour point négatif : la propreté notamment en cuisine, four sale et gras, placards intérieurs et vaisselle pas très nets, placards intérieurs dans les chambres poussiéreux bcp de toiles d'arraignées (nous avons dû faire ménage avant de mettre nos affaires) un grand nettoyage intensif rendrait la maison très très agréable en rez-de-chaussée pas de place dans les tiroirs ou placards, car il y a les affaires des propriétaires la chambre du rez-de-chaussée n'est pas accessible aux locataires
