This fully air-conditioned accommodation is a magnificent 32m² bungalow with a 20m² terrace and a private swimming pool (2x3 Punch Tray). The accommodation consists of a bedroom area, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, all located in a residential area of Robert, quiet and discreet.

The bungalow includes an equipped kitchen (a fridge / freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob and a cofea machine).

The bungalow can accommodate up to 4 beds (2 in the bedroom, 2 in the living room). The living room has a convertible sofa bed.

You can enjoy the terrace in a peaceful atmosphere. Besides, to take advantage of it you will have the choice between a hammock, two sunbathings, a table and 4 chairs or simply the relaxation provided by the punch bin.

In terms of additional equipment, the accommodation has a washing machine, an iron and its ironing board, a hair dryer, a tancarville, clothespins, cutlery for 4 people, a broom, a brush, mops and so on ....

It is also composed of a large wall-mounted flat screen, with access to Netflix and Youtube directly on Television, national and international television and the Internet.

The linen is of course provided. (Bed linen, towels, tea towels ...)

In terms of location, the Robert is a truly strategic rental choice due to its tourist side due mainly to the discovery of its islets, but also due to its positioning in the Atlantic center of Martinique.
