Paradiso is located just a half-block from Rupp Arena. The only thing closer to Rupp is the Hyatt!

Paradiso is a total remodel with the look and feel of reclaimed space intersecting with bold colors, high-end furniture, original art, fantastic lighting, and many unique finishes and comfortable touches to keep you busy discovering them all.

With 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths, there is plenty of room for two couples. An queen air mattress or the comfy sectional can accommodate a fifth or sixth person

The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with plenty of seating, a romantic getaway, or just spoiling yourself.

While this listing is new, we are not new to the short-term rental market. Check out the reviews for the sister properties Luxe (#480649) and Dramatique (#933411) We have brought the same level of service and detail to Paradiso. The owners live onsite and are always available via text or a call.

Beds were very comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water and had two shower heads in each. Kitchen was well stocked property was easy to get in and out of. Had a small problem with our internet connection which was promptly resolved. Highly recommend.

Nice place, but isn't maintained. Floors are caked with dirt and someone's else's snacks. Furniture is very dusty. Broken disposal, kitchen sink wouldn't drain, leaking toilet. Beds and linens were good. Had to contact VRBO to track down check-in info, as host was initially unresponsive.

Great property and very secure. Plenty of amenities, comfortable areas for lounging and sleeping. Well stocked kitchen. On sight parking was a BIG plus. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!

This condo is just as nice as it appears in the photos. The rooftop pool and indooor/outdoor seating locations are an added bonus. Multiple restaurants are an easy walk from the property.

AMAZING PLACE

We had a girls' trip here for our first stay in Lexington and this place was so over-the-top perfect! Great location to walk to nearby restaurants; beautiful views; in-building parking; and the most AMAZING interior design! We loved, loved, loved this place. And the owner, who was so gracious with all of my stupid questions, was so friendly and kind. Couldn't imagine a better experience!
