This Provencal villa is located at the end of a dead end in the picturesque village of Vins-sur-Caramy, in green Provence.
The villa is made up of 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with all the comforts, a spacious living / dining room and a toilet.
On the first floor are 2 large bedrooms, each with its own shower room. They share a balcony with open views of the forest.
In the adjoining part of the villa are 2 other bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom, while allowing everyone's privacy.
At the back of the house, a pergola with table and chairs will allow you to take your meals away from the sun and the dodger. Next to it is installed a large private swimming pool (11 x 4.5 m), secured with an alarm system, as well as the "Tiki Bar", a summer kitchen including pizza oven, barbecue, small fridge and water point. 'water. For a nap, you can also daydream in one of the lounge chairs that await you by the pool, while soaking up the Mediterranean sun.
In front of the house, you can enjoy the large terrace with shaded area and dining area, ideal for having breakfast, and allow you to enjoy a delicious aperitif or simply a book, while admiring the view.
