Near the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, the Grand Palais, the Musée d'Orsay and the Musée du quai Branly. Enjoy my apartment for the location, atmosphere, people. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. Very calm and bright. Comfort. Completely renovated and furnished by an interior designer. Furniture of choice and personalized decoration. High-end services. Solid oak floor. Double glazing.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator, in an old building well maintained. Secure access code and concierge. It overlooks a vast calm and clear courtyard, ensuring peace and quiet. The apartment is through, all rooms have a window with double glazing.
The day part consists of a living / dining room with integrated kitchen and separate WC. Beautiful prestigious furniture. Library, creamy sofa, style armchairs, table created for the site. Chairs, coffee table, contemporary pedestal. antique carpets furnish the space. Works of artists, antique mirror, carefully picked objects add to the cozy atmosphere. The beautiful lights bring a great atmosphere at night. Speaker Bose, TV TNT.
The kitchen has all the household appliances: dishwasher, induction hob, traditional oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer.
The fully separate sleeping area consists of a bright, carefully decorated and cozy bedroom with adjoining bathroom. Excellent quality bedding in 160 x 200 cm. Sheets and linen bed linen. Wardrobe / closet. Iron and ironing board.
The very functional bathroom is accented with precious materials. upscale faucets. Large walk-in shower masonry with VMC. Game of mirrors and double window. Towel. Hair dryer. Plenty of storage.
I do not accept stays longer than 7 nights.

Beware if you stay here

Document the entire apartment when you stay here at the time of check-in. Because you could be falsely accused of damages like we were. The apartment is very small. Not good for more than two people. Communication was fine, however I never met the host. The location is amazing. Note that it is three flights up with no elevator. After our departure we were falsely accused of damaging a cabinet even though the only picture provided was a blurry photo that could be anywhere, any place. No date stamp, no time stamp, nothing. She charged the entire deposit. I am fighting this charge with HoneAway now. I would take pictures of the entire apartment before you start your stay, to protect yourself.

Very surprised to read such a comment about my flat which is always very appreciated with respected clients internationaly. Although all technical aspect and details are given in my data list supported by several photos. I can understand such comments could be justified by a bad faith from this person and who tries to escape from her responsability towards the claim occured by the damage of the kitchen door. Paris city and my flat remain romantic and attractive. Have a good day

Marlene's place was just as advertised. Beautifully decorated in a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafes as you walk to the Eiffel Tower area..

Apartment near Eiffel Tower

Great place for single or a couple, centrally located so can walk everywhere. Very clean and nicely decorated. 3 story, walk-up, easy but would be a problem if you have a disability .
