Perfect location and great host! Property is exactly as described and fit our family of 4 great. The host was super responsive and made the check in/check out process easy. They even installed a brand new AC unit on our first day due to the heat wave!

If you like sleeping with the sound that imitates sleeping on a highway and appreciate no open windows then by all means stay here. It is unfortunate that I could not play the video of the air circulation system they use for an apartment with no windows. This apartment was either the building office or what in Paris is quite often used as an artist studio now converted into an apt. We could not sleep the first night because the only system of air circulation is a small box above the door that illuminates the living room with a blue strobe light flickering making you think you’re in a disco and a sound that makes you think you’re sleeping on the highway. The team communicated very well and also informed us we could turn that off by through the circuit breaker. The problem with that was when you do that it shuts off the electrical so you have no lights! Their response to that was well, “You don’t need light when you sleep?’ They claim that there are two windows next to the door, but those windows happen to be sealed shut. Additionally for security reasons, how do you open windows when people are just walking by where you’re sleeping? I grew up half my life in Paris. I love the neighborhood and I know it well but I would never stay in this apartment again. Any hotel even down the block is a far better choice. As wonderful as they communicated, it did not make up for lost time with my family and the lost sleep.
