This 4 bedroom 3 bath home features amenities such as central AC, wifi, flat screen tv, outside shower, off street parking, and a fire place. Sit on the sun deck and soak in the warm salty ocean breezes. The first floor has (2 bedrooms and family room) a family room with pull out sofa bed (queen size sofa bed) and a bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a bedroom with two twin size beds. The second floor has the kitchen, great room, and a bedroom with a king size bed size bed and a bedroom with a king size bed. Perfect for your summer vacation! 2024 Home Renovation project included re-model of downstairs bathroom and converted to 2 New Bathrooms!
