Single Family home which sits behind another Single Family home. Driveway is shared with Front home, during the summer months the front home owner's allow tenants full use of driveway except on occasion. Located two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, and one block to dining, shopping, and entertainment--park your car and walk or bike to nearly everything Avalon has to offer! Lovely renovated single-family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. First floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and sun room. The top floor has 3 large bedrooms and 1 large full bathroom. The master bedroom has a deck with table and chairs. The outside area has a dining table with chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. This home is situated behind another home off of 28th Street.

Great Location

The location was great near everything downtown and only 2 blocks from beach. Only 2 bathrooms which can be challenging for parties of 8 or more. The front house owner tends to lurk around a lot which can be weird.
