Our group of college roommates (40 years after graduation) had a wonderful week in the house. Easy walk to the beach and Washington St. Mall. The host responded to all contacts quickly. If anyone in your group has mobility issues the steps could be an issue.

I'm glad that the roommates could get together and enjoy some time together. That's wonderful. Thanks for noting the entrance steps. The house is raised up to begin with and the apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Best wishes to you and your friends!

A perfect location to all that we love in Cape May, the beach, the arcade, the Pedestrian Mall and too many restaurants to count. Very neat and clean with a wonderful floor plan that fit our group dynamic well. The patio is nice and private. Kitchen is well stocked. We’ve booked already for next summer!

Great location and wonderful home.

Although there were a bunch of steps it wasn’t hard to navigate at all. We were comfortable and had plenty of space. Excellent location and so close to the beach! The owner and his daughter could not have been nicer! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The property is exactly as pictured and described. The stairs weren't as crazy as some other reviewers have commented, and we had 2 babies under the age of 2. The location was ideal, close to the beach and town!

Great Location! Cool House!

819 Benton is a great location for a Cape May vacation! The beach, strolling along Washington Steet Mall, restaurants, historic spots, bike rentals, ice cream, even the Acme supermarket are only a few minutes walk away. The house is a perfect blend of modern beach house and cool Cape May! We had a great week!

Great house!

It was a great house and location to the beach and mall. Very clean and the hosts are very nice/accommodating! The only thing was that we wished the kitchen table was bigger and updated for everyone to be able to sit together. Otherwise it was a fabulous week and plenty of space for everyone!

Great visit!!

We had a wonderful time in this comfortable Cape May home. Location could not have been better-easy walk to beach and shopping area through a lovely residential neighborhood. It had everything needed for our family-beach chairs, well stocked cozy kitchen, beautiful patio, comfy bedrooms. The hosts were quick to communicate any time we had a question and were a pleasure to work with. Lots of stairs-so may not be appropriate for everyone.

Good location central to everything

We had a great family vacation at the property which was central to everything. As advertised, it is on the upper floors, so keep that in mind. a lot of stairs packing/unpacking the car if you have little kids that can't help much.
