This Charming 150 year old Historical Victorian flat is located 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from Washington Square! Partial Ocean views are available from both bedrooms. Private deck included along with wrap around communal front porch. Beautiful beach decor adds to the old world feel of the lovely Cape May Shore.
This unit is perfect for a larger family (sleeps 6) with 2 bedrooms , a eat-in kitchen, and comfortable living area. The kitchen is fun and has accessibility to the wonderful 3rd floor private deck. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and beautiful beach decor. The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed with twin top, double bottom and a pull out trundle. The living room is comfortable with a flat screen smart TV and free wireless internet.
The washer and dryer, along with an outdoor shower, make clean-up from the beach easy. All of this in the heart of historical Cape May where almost all the of the local activities are within walking distance

The host was fine, but the actual home was poorly maintained not clean in any sense of the word. There were bloodstains on the sheets, mold on the refrigerator, and the floorboards were so warped and cracked that my kid got his sock stuck in between them multiple times. Generally not a pleasant experience, unfortunately.

Amazing location with all the Cape May charm!

Absolutely can’t beat the location! Walkable to everything with the vintage charm of Cape May. The property is clean with all the amenities you need provided including linens and towels (not to be assumed in the Jersey shore area!). The owners were clear with their instructions and have a generous dog policy which is so appreciated!

Perfect location for a week in Cape May

The property was exactly as described. You absolutely can't beat the location. We didn't move the car much as it isn't necessary, but parking was plentiful even on the weekend. The balcony had a great view and comfortable seating. For anyone unfortunate enough to have to work during their stay, wifi was strong.We were most worried about the air conditioning because of window units on the third floor. It was mostly comfortable though aside from the kitchen area which got hot. Towels and linens were included, which was appreciated. Elisa was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly.Our only complaint was the cleanliness. The description is clear that it is pet friendly. But there was a lot of white dog hair on the floor and sofa which got all over our clothes and belongings. We would have preferred a deeper clean after a pet stay. Otherwise, the apartment is certainly old but well maintained and we had no issues.

Old Victorian charm

We had a great stay and would rent it again. Very charming house with everything in it that you need. Great location. Please be aware that this is a very old house and though the owners have started some renovations, there are some things that still need work, such as the windows and patio door. But it does not take away from the great experience.
