Each side has 4.5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and an outside shower on each side. TVs are in the master suites and living rooms and the entire house is air-conditioned and zoned by floor.
The home is 15 years young and the layout promotes comfort and convenience. Everything you need is there except you and your family and friends!

The backyard is fenced in w/picnic tables and grill ready for croquet and a bar-b-que. There is an outside shower for your convenience when returning from the beach.

Enjoy the front porch to sit and smell the ocean breeze!

Fantastic property in Cape May, super walkable to everything including the main street with shops, beach, restaurants. We specifically chose to stay here because of the walkability and it did not disappoint. It's also pet friendly, which was a great perk for us to bring our dog. House was clean, great backyard space, and we hung out on the front porch for sunset. Perfect getaway and would stay again.

The property itself was nice, but unfortunately our experience had several major issues that made the stay disappointing, especially considering the very high off-season price.The home was dusty upon arrival, and the downstairs master bathroom toilet did not work during our stay. The upstairs hallway rug was also a safety hazard — two people slipped on it. After moving the rug, we found piles of sand underneath and ended up vacuuming ourselves.One of the biggest frustrations was communication with the host. The listing did not mention a 2-night minimum stay, and we were able to book for one night. After accepting the booking, the host then messaged saying there was actually a 2-night minimum stay and became unresponsive for several days. Eventually the stay was honored, but communication throughout was poor.Additionally, the listing and post-booking information did not mention that sheets and towels were not provided, which was an unexpected inconvenience. Checkout was also set at 9:00 AM with no flexibility.Overall, the property has potential and could have been a great stay, but the lack of communication, cleanliness concerns, missing essentials, and inaccurate booking information made it hard to justify the cost.

I’m sorry your stay was less than you were hoping. It clearly states in the lease agreement that sheets and towels are not provided and gives a local linen service to use if interested. You acknowledged and agreed to all policies of the leases which is required prior to booking. We have an excellent cleaning service and had you made me aware of sand under hall rug I could have had them out to do. As far as the toilet, the handyman was there after you departed and said it was working. I hope you enjoyed the beautiful town of Cape May and the bachelorette had a memorable time.

Lisa was very accommodating and allowed us early check in and late check out. The location was close to shopping and the beach. We did not realize linens were not included when we booked but were told 2 days before our stay to bring our own or rent, but then linens were at the house. We decided to just use our own because we weren’t sure if they were clean or left from someone else. Overall, a great stay.

This house is perfect for a Cape May trip! It's within walking distance of the downtown area and has ample space for a big group. There were also plenty of kids toys at the property, which was great for the kids in our group.

Forst time for everything

My families first time using vrbo went amazingly smooth. It was also our adopted 3 and 5 year olds first time at the beach and seeing/smelling the ocean. They had a blast as did the adults even between the wind and rain. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Thank you for neighborhood recommendations as well, Blue Moon Pizza was great!

Cape May Beach House

This home was perfect for a beach vacation! It was spacious, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal - a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants while still being on a quiet street where we felt very comfortable walking around during the day and in the evenings.
