The home is 15 years young and the layout promotes comfort and convenience. Everything you need is there except you and your family and friends!
The backyard is fenced in w/picnic tables and grill ready for croquet and a bar-b-que. There is an outside shower for your convenience when returning from the beach.

My family and I have been vacationing here my entire life. We would spend our summers here and its where generations before us spent their summers. Four generations have come to Cape May, where many met their future spouses, brought their children here and the experience and love for this town has continued as we have all done the same. We hope you can enjoy the same experience and memories that we have and that your families will make Cape May a tradition.
Why they chose this property
We are the original owners and built this property with the intention of providing functional and fun accommodations for families and friends to gather in a comfortable and casual atmosphere to enjoy quality time together and make memories. This property and its location offer ease and convenience to the beach and town and all the activities and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
This house can be rented alone or along with its sister next door! For large groups rent both sides! They are identical in layout and can share the large backyard for gatherings and functions.
