A new 160m² house with 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 or more people.
An entrance, a large bright living room, a fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor including a master bedroom bathroom.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (shower and bath). Laundry.
The house is equipped with an 80m² terrace, a heated jacuzzi, a garden furniture and numerous games for activities with children or friends. (trampoline, ping-pong table)
Evening and parties not accepted.
No smoking
