Welcome to the Rhuys peninsula, in this unique place by the water.

This villa located on the tip of the Logéo offers you a panoramic and exceptional view of the Gulf of Morbihan: view of the Île aux Moines and the Private Islands.

This remarkable site is made up of a fully renovated 260m2 house and a large garden with an adjoining stone terrace, and a second wooden terrace below to enjoy aperitif dinners with a breathtaking view of the sunsets. Come and discover this waterfront villa with direct private access to the sea and the beach via a small staircase in the garden, ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries.

Private parking for 5 cars. Very calm environment, perfect for holidays with family or friends.

This villa, located in a prime location, offers you a holiday location with multiple activities such as: numerous walks on the coastal paths, fishing, canoeing (2 are available) and swimming at the bottom of the villa. A restaurant, bar and boat rental can be found in the small port of Logéo, a 2-minute walk from the coastal path. A tasting of oysters on a terrace on stilts can be enjoyed at the Logéo pool, 5 minutes' walk away on the coastal path. For your day trips, you can go on a sea excursion or explore the islands (Île aux Moines, Île d'Arz, Houat, Hoedic and Belle-Île) at the Port Navalo pier 10 minutes from the villa. Thalassotherapy, casino, golf, tennis, horse riding and visits to castles are also nearby. The port of Crouesty at 12 minutes and Sarzeau at 5 minutes have many shops. Vannes is 30 minutes, Nantes and Rennes 1 hour 30 minutes.

Séjour d'une semaine inoubliable dans un endroit vraiment magique. La maison offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe, d'où que l'on soit c'est un régal pour les yeux.Calme assuré, tout au bout de l'impasse du Logéo ; même le chemin côtier a le bon goût de plonger sous l'enceinte du jardin, si bien qu'aucun regard indiscret ne vient troubler notre intimité.Quant à la maison elle-même, elle a été refaite à neuf, avec goût, rien à redire. La meilleure location d'été pour nous jusqu'à présent, et ça fait 15 ans qu'on loue...Merci à Lisa pour son accueil, et à bientôt j'espère.

Super week end dans ce logement très bien conçu, équipé et décoré avec gout.la vue sur le golf par presque toutes les fenêtres du logement nous ont permis une très belle coupure. les exterieurs sont également très pratiques pour acceder au golf et profiter d'un apéro avec vue imprenable sur l'île aux moines.le seul regret est la durée du sejour, bcp trop courte!

Vous êtes au bout d'une impasse dans un cocon de verdure, d'arbre et de fleurs aux essences multiples.L'intérieur est cosy décoré avec chic pour votre plus grand confort.Les espaces sont clairs avec des ouvrants pour la plupart vers les bateaux et la mer. Le soleil vous berce avec les ombres des multiples navigations.Les literies sont amples et confortables tout comme les chambres.Les décorations multiples, le calme vous donnent une impression d'être hors du temps.Un excellent moment de vie à recommander chaudement.Merci également à Lisa, l'hôte de ces lieux, pour son accompagnement et sa disponibilité.

Nous avons séjourné ds cette jolie maison mais malheureusement le chauffage était en panne à notre arrivée !!! Des chauffages à alcool ont été installés rapidement au rez de chaussée et on permis de chauffer la pièce de vie avec des nuisances d’odeurs. Les propriétaires ont fait de leur mieux. Les chambres ne pouvaient être chauffées avec des petits chauffages électriques en même temps sans faire sauter le compteur, plus le four, le lave vaisselle… Bref, nous avions convenu d’une remise commerciale pour

Belle maison dans un beau jardin, orientés tous deux vers cette vue incroyable sur le Golfe.

On passerait sa journée à regarder le paysage maritime qui change tous les jours et plusieurs fois par jour. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle, même le seul jour de pluie de la semaine. Rien à dire, il ne manque rien, juste peut-être une plancha pour cuisiner dehors… Accueil sympathique et disponible. À chaudement recommander !

Belle maison, situation exceptionnelle sur le golfe. Calme. La maison est grande, très bien équipée, très propre, avec un haut niveau de standing. Les vues sur le golfe sont superbes depuis quasi toutes les pièces. Très bon contact avec Lisa et son compagnon. Seul bémol, l'annonce ne mentionne pas assez clairement que le piano à queue n'est utilisable que moyennant un forfait élevé. Cependant, Lisa a mis à notre disposition un piano numérique de très bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons volontiers.
