Lovely stay!

It was a lovely stay. The villa, pool and BBQ were amazing. The area is quiet out of season but it suited us and our little dog. We had a problem with the heating which was lost in translation but the weather was warmer than expected. Fabulous stay.

House was in ideal location with all local amenities within walking distance but was also central for both the large town of Vannes and other regional attractions. House was very clean with all facilities very easy to use. Garden had gates both back and front.

Family Holiday

This is an ideal property for a family holiday - our ages ranged from 7 to 71 and there was something for everyone! The house is very well equipped and the garden and pool provide constant playtime and relaxation for everyone. There are shops, including an excellent boulangerie, open every day. The beach at St. Jacques is a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of excellent eating places there.

Enjoyable holiday in Sarzeau

We loved the area and the location was ideal for exploring the Golfe de Morbihan. We enjoyed the local towns, shopping in the local markets and the fresh fish and vegetables were a delight. We played golf at Green Blue Rhuys Kerver which was challenging and the chaps lost numerous golf balls on the course.We eat out at L’Endroit at St Jacques Port and Cafe Plage at Pinvers both of which were excellent. Loved our morning walks down to the Port with the dog and up to the Boulangerie for fresh baguette and croissants. Vannes historic centre was an excellent place to visit and the chateau and cheese farm in Siscinio was excellent for lunch . We loved our stay and the weather was good for us to enjoy swimming in the pool.The villa was comfortable and we used the bbq In the garden which had good outdoor furniture to eat out and enjoy the sunsets.

Endroit parfait pour se reposer et découvrir la presqu'île de Rhuys. Maison dans un lotissement très calme et proche de la mer.La météo n'était pas au rendez-vous du coup il faudra bien y retourner....

Le plus, Piscine chauffée

La résidence est totalement conforme à l'annonce et nous avons pu ainsi passer des vacances comme nous le souhaitions. Villages sympa dans les environs, marchés locaux quasiment tous les jours à moins de 15 mn et visites de sites historiques très faciles. Le golf du Morbihan est vraiment magnifique et la visite des iles un ravissement. La maison à tous les éléments nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances même si elle est un peu petite. Nous aimons par ailleurs cuisiner et la taille de la cuisine n'a pas toujours facilité nos projets. Le vrai plus de cette villa est sans aucun doute la piscine chauffée à 28°, parfaitement entretenue, qui a permis aux enfants même par jour de fraicheur de ne jamais s'ennuyer. Enfin un grand merci à Josias que nous avons peu sollicité mais qui a toujours été présente quand nécessaire.

Très bon séjour passé dans cette maison. Accueil des propriétaires, chaleureux et agréable. Proche de la mer et de quelques commerces indispensables. Très belle piscine. Résidence calme, idéale en famille. Seul inconvénient, pour 8 personnes, l'espace à vivre est un peu étriqué, surtout la cuisine.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour ! Calme, maison équipée et très propre, proximité à la mer comme annoncée, piscine propre et à temperature tres agréable, resto "Chti billig" généreux, très bon et proche de la maison, belles découvertes aux alentours, ... bref des excellentes vacances ! Maison propre à la décoration soignée. Environnement calme. Avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Plage et petit commerce à proximité à partir du chemin juste derrière la maison. L eau de la piscine était à 30, on en a bien profité ☀️. Nous revidrons avec plaisir . Aurélie
