You will enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with one Queen bed and two twin beds are perfect for your small family. Great ocean views along lesser traveled Avalon Avenue! You will love the convenient location to town and walking distance to everything. Park the car and start enjoying! Nice amenities include Central Air, Dishwasher, DVD player and Beach Tags (number not guaranteed) for your convenience! The private parking lot offers a reserved space for this unit. There is an outside shower and foot bath. You will want to stay all summer!

We love Avalon

Love the location, steps from the beach. Front porch area with seating. People there are very friendly.

Great location in Avalon. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants.

If you rent this property, you need to bring bedding and bath towels. This was not shown anywhere in the description. Fortunately, I called ahead and asked if linens were provided. Since they were not, I brought my own.
