This beautiful condo, in a park-like setting, is elegant and spacious, with a cathedral ceiling and all the amenities for a wonderful, trouble-free stay. Located within the impeccably maintained Park Village, this condo provides not only superb views but many onsite activities including two swimming pools, outdoor hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, trails down to the riverfront park, and a beautiful next-door golf course. Easy walks or a two minute drive will take you to all the fun and excitement of downtown Leavenworth. Stevens Pass and Mission Ridge are 40 minutes away for winter or summer sports, hiking, climbing and river rafting or kayaking are all here. Wineries abound. Check out the Icicle Creek Performing Arts music series! The condo is exceptionally clean and well furnished, and is perfect for either a short or long stay. You will love hanging out on the covered deck, watching the osprey catch fish in the catch and release pond (he seldom releases) and the swifts swooping about, or sitting in front of the cozy gas fireplace.

This is a fabulous unit for couples and families, so much to do right on the property. There is plenty of room to be outside enjoying the pools & outdoor recreation.
