Quiet house with access to the beach in 3 minutes walk by the forest

The house was completely renovated in 2016. It has a surface area of ​​about 40m2 and is composed of a main room (living room + kitchen with island), a double bedroom, a children's bedroom sleeps 2 in bunk beds and a bathroom, water. It also has a shaded terrace.

It is located on a plot of 1 900m2 enclosed with a private access to the national forest which allows you to reach the beach of Les Sables Vignier in 3 minutes on foot by forest roads without crossing a road.

The land is located in a private road (access restricted by barrier), extremely quiet. It is possible to park your car there.

The rentals are from Sunday to Sunday during the summer period.

Bed linen and towels are not provided.
