This gite is composed of a large living room - dining room of 40 m2 with communicating kitchen of 14 m2, equipped with oven, 5-burner hob, microwave, fridge, freezer. 3 bedrooms: 1st bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200 cm, 2nd bedroom with 2 beds of 90x 200 cm, and for these 2 bedrooms a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC and finally the 3rd bedroom of 14 m2, with separate entrance, 140x190 cm bed, cot, changing table, bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. A private garden with trees and flowers of 4000 m2, fully enclosed with electric gate and videophone. Very pleasant to relax and fully enjoy your vacation. The cottage is located near producers of regional products that you can enjoy.

Highly recommend! Perfect location to away from it all!

This was our third visit to this lovely Gite in a very private, beautiful, peaceful countryside location. The Gite kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed and more besides! The swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days too. Anita and Marcel are always on hand to help with any problems. The beautiful medieval city of Sarlat is just 20 minutes away. With an abundance of restaurants and shops to brouse. Lascaux Caves 10mins away and well worth a visit. Can definitely recommend and we will be returning!

Can't wait to return!

We stayed at the property for the second time at the beginning of June and weren't disappointed. The lovely Gite had everything we needed for a chilled, peaceful holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for self catering. The gated property has beautiful countryside walks on the doorstep, medieval towns and villages within easy reach for dining out or mooching the shops and markets. The good sized swimming pool in the middle of the gorgeous garden was great for cooling off in the hot weather too. Anita was there to welcome us on arrival and wave goodbye on departure, and was available throughout our stay for any advice or help we needed....though we didn't need it! Everything was perfect! We will definitely return asap!

Gite parfait, très calme, propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé (tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, beaucoup de jeux de sociétés également pour tous les âges). Le terrain est très joli et sécurisé pour les enfants et la piscine est parfaite ! Bref un vrai un coup de coeur, nous reviendrons avec plaisir c'est certain

Superbe jardin et calme absolu

La maison est vraiment charmante, et le jardin est magnifique avec une belle variété d'arbres. Le calme est assuré grâce à son emplacement isolé. Les enfants ont beaucoup profité de la piscine.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, le logement est très bien situé pour les visites (lascaux, le gouffre de Proumeyssac, Sarlat...). La maison est propre, fonctionnelle et calme. La psicine est parfaite pour profiter après les visites. Nous reviendrons :)

Belle et grande propriété

On se sent vite comme chez nous et la piscine a une température très agréable même après une semaine de temps maussade. Au calme idéal pour décompresser après les visites touristiques.

Gîte tout confort, au calme et proche de tous les sites touristiques

Ce gîte est parfaitement équipé et très propre, entièrement de plein pied. Nous y avons séjourné en famille (avec un enfant de 6ans et un bébé de 11mois) et nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement comme chez nous. Le jardin est très agréable, spacieux et clos. La piscine est super et sécurisée pour les enfants. L’endroit est très calme, paisible mais néanmoins proche des commerces. Nous avons pu visiter tous les sites touristiques aux alentours avec grand plaisir ! Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte et ne manquerons d’y retourner lors d’un prochain séjour dans le Périgord !

Maison ultra confortable dans un magnifique environnement

Malgré le climat capricieux, nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos enfants dans cette maison super équipée et très confortable. Magnifiques jardin et alentours, belle piscine sécurisée et bien chaude. Une foule de choses à visiter et découvrir dans les villages et villes voisines !

Vacances en famille

Environnement de qualité pour cette jolie maison, idéale pour les vacances. Nous y avons séjourné avec un enfant en bas âge qui a tout particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le grand jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers. La maison contient tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour en famille.

Très bon séjour

La location est idéalement situé au sein du Périgord, dans un endroit calme. La maison est fonctionnelle, pratique et bien aménagée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. On a beaucoup apprécié le jardin et ses arbres (c'était l'époque des prunes et des mirabelles !) et les visites et activités à proximité.

Le gite est très bien équipé et agréablement agencé , la piscine chauffée est un plus . le gite est au calme et à proximité des sites à visiter . correspond en tout point à l'annonce . Dans ce gite nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances reposantes dans une région magnifique . Nous avons été très bien accueilli et les propriétaires sont à l’écoute.
