Anastasia & Simon's beautiful house was a perfect location for a family vacation and base to explore the area. We were three generations spending a long weekend in Sarlat, and the house was excellently equipped to handle everyone's needs, from toddlers to grandparents. Communication was excellent, would definitely stay here the next time we're in Sarlat!

Great house with everything you need

Great house, excellent host, beautiful setting with a great pool which got the sun all day. Very well stocked house with literally everything you need. Only gripe would be the bedrooms were hot (except the one with air con) but the fans did help. Could also do with a second set of keys as we were 2 families who sometimes did different things so made it a wee bit tricky at times. Would 100% return- the whole area is lovely.

Thank you so much for your kind comment and feedback Jo. There are keys on all 3 of the other doors downstairs which can be used if guests are doing different things. Our guests generally find the house keeps its coolness in the hot weather thanks to the old stone wall, the fact that the house is built slightly beneath ground level and the fans/ air con but I appreciate that everyone is different. We are always happy and available to help find solutions to ensure our guests have the best stay.

Une Maison Charmante et Confortable à Sarlat

La maison est tres agréable, la literie de qualité, et la piscine est appréciable durant les saisons de chaleur. Nous avons trouvé le jardin charmant et passé de bons moments autour de la grande table installee dehors. Anastasia et son mari sont des hôtes extrêmement aimables et attentionnés qui veillent à ce que tout soit parfait. Il y avait un petit bouquet de roses qui embaumait la maison quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et avons eu grand plaisir à rencontrer ce couple qui prend le plus grand soin de ses locataires. C'est donc avec enthousiasme que nous recommendons ces lieux charmants ainsi que ses propriétaires.
