We offer you this spacious Périgourdine of recent construction with modern design, including 1 garage and 1 private parking, 1 large terrace of 50 m² (privacy preserved), ideal for an aperitif with friends. Its 3000m² garden with trees and flowers with heated swimming pool of 10x5 m in service from April 15 to October 30, with solar shower and pool house equipped for lazing around, for a relaxing holiday. A table tennis table and a table football are available for your activities.
The price includes water, electricity, heating (swimming pool and house), linen, end of stay cleaning.

Une superbe villa, d'une propreté parfaite, très bien équipée, très bonne literie. Un parc arboré et fleuri superbement entretenu équipé de jeux . Un accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande vivement ce lieu.

UNE LOCATION SANS FAUSSES NOTES

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette confortable maison parfaitement entretenue. Nous avons apprécié son confort, son équipement ( rien ne manque), son chauffage, et la qualité de sa literie. Nous avons en plus bénéficié d'un accueil des plus chaleureux. Merci à Anna et à son mari pour leur prévenance et leur gentillesse. Location que je recommande sans hésitation.

Séjour à Sarlat entre amis

Un accueil charmant, de petites attentions très sympathiques, une habitation très propre et très agréable, un jardin magnifique, une piscine bien chauffée et impeccable. Bref, rien à redire. On aimerait trouver plus souvent des locations de ce niveau.

A recommander !

Nous avons séjourné entre amis dans cette magnifique maison début juillet 2015. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.La maison est très bien équipée (vaisselle garnie, linge de maison, transat, lit et chaise-haute bébé, wifi accessible depuis l'extérieur etc.) et parfaitement entretenue. L'accueil est très chaleureux (champagne au frais !), les propriétaires sont à l'écoute. De plus, la situation est idéale : lieu très calme mais à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. Supermarchés et commerces à qq kilomètres. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !! :-) Entre autre 2 bonnes adresses : - restaurant le Presidial à Sarlat : cadre, accueil, menu, prix, tout est parfait. - ferme du Brusquand : visite de l'élevage artisanal d'oies et de canards, dégustation de foie gras, un conseil : manger à l'auberge.
