About this property

Mountain house at the gates of Dévoluy for 2 to 6 people

We invite you to welcome you to our renovated house, combining modern comfort and the warmth of the old.
Ideally located at the gates of Dévoluy, in the small village of La Cluse, close (100 m) to hiking, mountain biking and ski touring trails. You are also close to the Joue du Loup and Superdévoluy resorts as well as Veynes, while enjoying the calm and beauty of the mountains for your moments of idleness.
At the foot of the Combe de la Cluse you can access one of the emblematic peaks of Dévoluy, the Pic de Bure.

The house has an integrated kitchen, a storage space and an independent WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs, a cozy mountain lounge equipped with a wood stove, a dining room with access to the garden, a second lounge offering the possibility of sleeping 2 people on a Bultex sofa bed, a separate bedroom for 2 people and a bathroom with WC.
Under the roof, a bedroom with private bathroom for 2 people, accessible by a miller's ladder.

Finally, for your relaxation, a small garden, equipped with armchairs, a garden table and a barbecue area.

The Dévoluy also allows the practice of via ferrata, via souterrata, horse riding, and has a sports center and wellness establishments. And in winter, skiing in all its forms and snowshoeing or dog sledding.
During your stay, tourism professionals can offer you many cultural and outdoor activities.

You can park on site, in a private parking space, in summer, not guaranteed in snow.
We have provided a garage for you to store your equipment: hiking, mountain biking, shoes, skis, sleds and snowshoes ...
A maintenance kit is provided (sponges, mop, multipurpose cleaners, paper towel, garbage bags, dishwashing product), as well as hygiene products for the sanitary and a kitchen fund.

The rates presented are for 4 to 6 people, for 2 people we offer lower rates which we will communicate to you on request. The tourist tax is included in the rental price.
Please note that you will need to bring your own towels and bed linen (140 full sheets, pillowcases). Tea towels and duvet covers are provided
Departure cleaning can be offered at an additional cost (see equipment).

It is forbidden to smoke inside the house and to stay there with pets.
The stairs are not secure for small children.

Un séjour magnifique

Le gîte est situé dans un tout petit village avec une vue incroyable. Trés spacieux et bien décoré, nous avons passé un très bon moment. Nous avons fait du VTT et de la rando dans le massif du Devoluy au milieu de paysages super beaux. Il faut juste s'organiser pour les courses tout n'est pas sur place. Un endroit a recommander :)

Maison avec tout le confort nécessaire à seulement 15 mn de la Joue du Loup. Nous avons apprécié le salon cosy avec son poêle à bois et la salle à manger lumineuse avec vue sur les montages. Très paisible et reposant.

Marie et Jérôme nous ont très bien accueillis, avec une terrine maison et...de l'aide pour dégager la quantité de neige accumulée devant le gîte ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le côté cosy et douillet du gîte, notamment grâce à son poêle à bois, et à sa déco recherchée et charmante ! La taille du gîte et ses 2 salles de bain permettent de se sentir à l'aise pour 4 ou 6 personnes..Le gîte est situé dans un petit village très tranquille, et en même temps proche des activités neige (rando, raquettes, ski alpin ou fond).. c'est plaisant de pouvoir partir du gîte à pied pour accéder aux sentiers de rando ! ce premier séjour nous a donné envie de revenir en été pour découvrir tout le potentiel de la région !!

Charmante petite maison à la montagne

La maison est très bien située pour un petit séjour dans les Alpes (au croisement de plusieurs chemins de randonnée et très proche de la station de la joue du loup). Il y a largement de quoi s'occuper en été dans ce coin (via ferratta, VTT, Rando, etc ...). Ensuite, la maison est très propre et très bien rénovée. Une petite cave est disponible pour laisser le matériel (3 VTT dans mon cas). Bref, on a passé un très bon séjour.

super mignon sympa, très gentils

nous avons été super bien accueilli a notre arrivée ,les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils et de très bon conseils en matière de randonnées car Mr REYNAUD est un enfant du pays ,c'est un vrai plaisir de l'écouter parler des montagnes ainsi que de la faune et flore mon mari a été ravi quand a moi j'ai adoré se petit chalet décoré avec gout par MADAME et ou l'on se sens bien .Le coin est magnifique mais pas assez de temps pour tout faire.
