This house was beautiful! We got to meet all the staff on our first night as well as the owner/ host Paul and his brother Irad, the house manager. Irad was very good at his job, showing up enough to make us feel like he was there for us and to direct the staff but never overstaying. It’s a large property that needs daily maintenance so there’s always some staff around keeping it beautiful. The view from the pool towards St Martin was stunning and made it very difficult to want to leave! There are 4 kitchens on the property and sometimes we had to borrow a pot or pan/ utensils to feed our group of 14, the kitchen amenities were all top notch especially the blenders and pots & pansThe only thing missing were a decent set of spices, although the restaurant food on the island was outstanding and the groceries expensive so I could see very few renters cooking on their vacation.There were pool towels provided as well as pool loungers. They also provided beach chairs and some snorkeling gear and dry bags for beach and sea adventures. The mini-split units kept the bedrooms cool and the main HVAC unit in Dolphin kept that entire main house area very comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the Dolphin kitchen preparing meals as a family but most of our time at home was spent on the covered patio by the pool. Did I mention that view? Catherine was always by our side communicating before, during(WhatsApp) and after. She even called at my request the week before our trip!Thanks everone
