Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty all trash cans and place garbage in the trash bins outside (Grey bin is for garbage - Green bin is for recyclables). If the trash bins are full place all trash bags on the ground next to bins.
Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink, on the counter or in the dishwasher. If you use any dishes please wash them. Make sure the dishes are dry before returning them to its proper place.
Leave all bath towels/wash rags in the bathroom on the floor. Don't worry about making the beds or removing the linen, housekeeping will take care of it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet nice property

The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Due the time of year there were many ants but the owner was very responsive and concerned acted people to handle the issue.
