This amazing and beautiful 4 bedrooms, two living rooms and 2.5 bathrooms house was built in June of 2007 in the Chapel Grove community. A family home with upstairs and downstairs. All sleeping areas are upstairs and common area downstairs.This house was recently remodeled: new hard wood floor, new carpets, appliances & furnishings. It's central location close proximity to I-485 & I-85 connectors. It is 5.4 mi away from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, 2.9 mi from U.S. Exit 12 on I-485 and Exit 29 on I-85. National Whitewater Center and 12 mi from downtown Charlotte. It perfect for vacationers and business travelers alike.

Remove and place all the bed sheets, pillows cases in the laundry room
Please do not remove the mattress cover from the beds

Any dirty dishes, please put in the dishwasher and add the soap that is under the sink start it while on your way out.
Turn off the lights before you leave.
