Robert was very responsive. The outdoor space was great and everyone enjoyed the game room and bar area! The house could use a few minor fixes but overall we had a great time and would recommend it to others.

Our varsity baseball team had an incredible stay at this home. It truly had everything the boys needed to relax, recharge, and enjoy their time together. From the pool and hot tub to fishing right off the dock, plus kayaks, a paddleboard, and even cornhole, there was never a dull moment.Robert was an outstanding host—attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in making our stay great. He even took the time to share tips on how to catch crappies and where to find bait, which the boys and chaperones really appreciated during their downtime.The property created the perfect atmosphere for team bonding and making memories off the field. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to any group looking for a fun, comfortable, and well-equipped getaway.

A Wonderful Time with Family

This was a terrific home. Beautiful view of the lake. A relaxing environment. Private with plenty of room for our family of 14. Located close to shopping and other activities.

We rented this house for my husband’s 70th birthday and invited all of our kids and grandkids. This house was perfect! There was plenty of room and large spaces to gather. The outside areas are amazing including a pool, hot tub, and fire pit, all looking at a gorgeous view of the lake. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back again! Thanks!

This house was on a perfect lakeside setting. Serene, peaceful, peeks at wildlife and fishermen out on this portion of the lake. The home was well stocked with staples. There were shopping areas nearby. The owner was quick to respond to a few questions we had. If we are in that area again I would definitely check to see if this home was available.

We were very pleased and happy with our accommodations! Everything was very nice! So nice to have our family all together in one place for our daughter’s wedding. When we weren’t at the wedding festivities, we truly enjoyed talking & playing & swimming.

Lake Wyly Rental

Our stay at Robert's property was excellent. Robert was very responsive to any issues that came up at the property and we so enjoyed the very large home and all its accommodations. We also enjoyed the heated pool even while the Spring temps were not that warm. Thank you for everything.

Everything you need in a fabulous vacation home

Excellent size home for our family of 15. With the pool and the "toys" for the lake, there was something for everyone. Everyone from 4 - 70 had a wonderful time.

Wonderful home and vacation

We had a wonderful time and the home is beautiful. The kitchen and dining area were well stocked and delightful. The hot tub was a draw for us but during our stay the chemicals were overpowering and the thermostat seemed off. We were fine without it however and had a great time!

Great for Large Groups

This house was just as described and it was great for large groups. Everyone was together and able to have their own privacy in their rooms if needed. The younger crowd enjoyed being downstairs in the basement area and the game room. The older crowded enjoyed sitting in the chairs while looking out at the lake. Would book again.

Great location, spacious home. enjoyed the pool, kayaks and paddle boards. However, could use better routine maintenance should as light replacement and a deeper cleaning of kitchen area.

Lots of room & amenities

The house is huge and had plenty of space for our families with parents, & college age kids. . The pool was nice and had plenty of chairs. The owner was very responsive for the couple of minor things that came up (lightbulbs, etc). Lots to do with the game room, hot tub, lake, pool, cornhole, etc.

Great vacation

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous home. The photos do not do it justice, the long ranch-style of the home provides great privacy while allowing the entire family to remain in close proximity of each other. The owners are very friendly and responsive, and have made the home very comfortable. Every member of our group was in agreement that this was, by far, our favorite place we have stayed. The pool and table/chairs surrounding it were very relaxing, and made for a great 5-day stay. We loved it.

Wonderful home

The house was wonderful and out family had a great time there. The whole property was beautiful. We had never been to Charolette and enjoyed the city very much. Our host responded to our questions and calls in a timely matter. Only recommendations I would have is better instructions about hot tub and pool so we didn’t have to call about those (like turning on heat for pool) It would have been nice to have a few pool items (floaties) but really enjoyed the lake items provided the kayaks and paddle boards. We would stay here again if we get back to NC. Thanks for the memories.

The property has a beautiful kitchen and two very nice master suites. The remaining bedrooms are small and two if the bathrooms are outdated. The actual property did not reflect photos posted on site. Landscaping is very overgrown and made walking to front doot and pool area difficult.
