The home is on about an acre, and located on a quiet street. Yet close to lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do! Very private.
*Less than 10minutes from Carowinds
*A few minutes from downtown Pineville, NC
*Walkable distance to Pineville Lake Park
*20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, NC
*20 minutes from Charlotte Douglas Airport
The entire home was recently renovated and professionally designed! Enjoy the spa-like bathrooms and stylish decor.
Lots of space to spread out with the basement/movie room where everyone can fit, watch a movie or play games.
**This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy—any violation will result in cancellation without refund, immediate removal, and will be reported. Thank you for respecting our home and community.**
