Enjoy an intimate getaway with your own beach, fire pit, and hot tub. We have a pontoon boat available by request - send a message below to Georgia for rental rates and availability. King bed in the master bedroom and a full bed futon with overhead single in second bedroom. Pull-out single sofa in the den. Two beautifully appointed bathrooms completely remodeled. Screened in back porch runs the length of the house. Open den and kitchen combination just remodeled and updated. Two decks, front and rear. Rear deck features hot tub and outdoor shower with gorgeous view of lake. Expansive white sand beach with fixed and floating docks. Hammock and firepit on the beach. Exquisite views of Lake Wylie.

This is our 3rd summer at Pearl and it never disappoints We never realized there were several trails in “ The Sanctuary” until this year. We had fun exploring until it got too hot and had to hit up the lake. Property was clean and maintained. Close by to good shopping and food- we ate at Papa Docs 3 times. We had a great time!

The place was in great condition. Really enjoyed the lake views and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. I would definitely stay here again. Management team was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

We always enjoy our stay at the pearl! The cabin was Clean and has a nicely stocked kitchen. The hot tub was a good temperature. We would suggest trimming the large bush blocking the lake view from the back porch. Thank you!

We enjoyed our 4th of July stay at The Pearl. Having the beach access to the water was nice with little kids. Even though the house is tiny, the AC had a really hard time keeping up so it was unfortunately pretty warm inside. I did let Georgia know & she was quick with communication & tried her best to find a solution. It's a very cute cabin but could use a few upgrades (specifically the living room furniture, it was not very comfortable), as could most rental properties. Overall, this is a great spot for a small family getaway!

Everything was perfect!! Very clean and spotless! The view from of the lake in the morning was incredible. We made use of the hot tub and also the pontoon boat. Both were grest also. I would definitely gi back!

Great cottage for relaxing stay

Great location on the lake. The beach area was nice to have as it was in the 90's all week. Rented the Pontoon for a few days which was great for exploring the lake and stopping for dinner.
