Pretty charming wooden house in St Malo in the district of Courtoisville.
The location: less than 500 m from the beach, the Thalasso and the water station.
2 km from the old town.
The House :
Living room Lounge Open kitchen on the terrace and its garden oriented southwest. Sheltered from the wind.
The house is brand new and therefore totally equipped. (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, tv, box, internet, bbq, garden table,
3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with dressing room, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bed. (Possibility of additional mattress or bed umbrella).
We rent our dwelling house during our holidays. This is really nice or you can spend a great holiday by the sea.
