Quiet, tranquil location. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms (1-with Double and the other with 2-Twins) full bathroom with Tub, and washer/dryer. 2nd level has the "great room" living area, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, large furnished deck, bathroom with a tub and a bedroom with 1-King. 3rd level has 2 bedrooms both (1-with a Double and 1-Queen) and a full bath with tub. There is an extra full tank for the gas grill, a second refrigerator in the garage, 2 coffee makers, dishes for 16 people. Beach Tags/Chairs and Cart available (not guaranteed). Pets may be considered by Owner with prior approval for an additional fee and deposit per pet, per week
