Magnificent Townhome with outstanding views of the intracoastal waterway. Quiet, tranquil location. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms (1-with Double and the other with 2-Twins) full bathroom with Tub, and washer/dryer. 2nd level has the "great room" living area, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, large furnished deck, bathroom with a tub and a bedroom with 1-King. 3rd level has 2 bedrooms both (1-with a Double and 1-Queen) and a full bath with tub. There is an extra full tank for the gas grill, a second refrigerator in the garage, 2 coffee makers, dishes for 16 people. Beach Tags/Chairs and Cart available (not guaranteed). Pets may be considered by Owner with prior approval for an additional fee and deposit per pet, per week
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
