The accommodation is part of a beautiful complex of 3 apartments (2 apartments of 70 m² each and 1 apartment of 55 m²) with private parking (1 space per apartment) in the heart of Andernos les Bains, a few steps from the Jetty (Bassin d'Arcachon beach) and ports (oyster and yachting), near the market, shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The apartment (70 m²) is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 people.

It has a private parking space.

The spacious living room (approx. 30 m²) includes: the fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine (Tassimo), dishwasher, dishes, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer ...), the dining area, the living room, the television (TNT), the balcony (15 m²).

The apartment has a bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer), separate WC and 2 bedrooms:

- the first: a double bed (160x200) with dressing room.
- the second is a large attic room (on the second floor) with a double bed 160x200 and 2 single beds 90x200, WC and sink separated from the room.

Fantastic!

This apartment was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed being in the center of town and the kids liked being able to walk around on their own. It's 3 blocks to the bay and the main square and we saw a great firework show on the 14th of July! Clean, comfortable and extremely functional. We would have liked to rent beach towels from the owner, as we did not pack any but other than that, it was a 10 out of 10 and the property manager was available, helpful and professional. Would definitely return!

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung.
