The accommodation is part of a beautiful complex of 3 apartments (2 apartments of 70 m² each and 1 apartment of 55 m²) with private parking (1 space per apartment) in the heart of Andernos les Bains, a few steps from the Jetty (Bassin d'Arcachon beach) and ports (oyster and yachting), near the market, shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The apartment (70 m²) is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Magnifique appartement

Cet appartement a tout le confort désiré jusqu'au linge de toilette et draps de lit. Rien ne manque. Il est très spacieux. Belle terrasse. Tous les commerces et restaurants dans la rue. La jetée d'andernos est au bout de la rue. Une place de parking réservée à l'intérieur avec portail fermé à clef. 2 toilettes dont 1 à l'étage. De très belles prestations et c'est pourquoi nous sommes revenus cette année.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est excellent, il y a tout le confort souhaité. De plus, l'accueil a été très chaleureux, les propriétaires sont très disponibles et c'est appréciable. La description était plus que conforme à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. C'est rare d'avoir ces bonnes surprises ! Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Nous avions l'habitude de louer des maisons, mais là, nous avons été bluffés par la qualité de la prestation. Nous reviendrons.

Superbe semaine ensoleillée à la découverte d'un bassin surprenant et si poétique

Appartement très spacieux, confortable et lumineux. L'emplacement est idéal : ma fille était en télétravail et a pu faire ses pauses sur la plage à 5 minutes à pied, acheter la baguette ou le cannelé quotidien. Et pour moi, balades à pied à gogo ou excursions en voiture et découverte intégrale du bassin vu qu'Andernos est situé à mi-distance des deux extémités. Adieu la Covid, vive le grand air et la nature, sans oublier l'Entre-deux-Mers !

Emplacement idéal

Si vous ne voulez pas prendre votre voiture de la semaine, c'est la location idéale. En plein centre d'Andernos, vous pouvez tout faire à pied et à vélo. Location propre et spacieuse, nous avons eu à disposition le garage pour ranger nos vélos. Seul petit bémol, le bruit du centre ville si vous dormez les fenêtres ouvertes, mais c'est le prix à payer pour être en plein centre, l'appartement est très bien isolé. Je recommande cette location

L'appartement idéalement placé près de la plage, nous a enchanté ! Tout neuf et en très bon état, il dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire.
