Villa, located in the center of Pedara, with a view of Mount Etna, and a beautiful green area with fruit tree. What a joy to eat outside in summer, and go for a walk at the foot of Mount Etna Very quiet, it is ideal to live in winter, as in summer: skiing, hiking, visits to the appointment. Catania Airport: 30 min. Etna ski slope 30 min. City of Catania: 30 minutes. Taormina: 40 minutes.
First floor;
Large bright bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Large kitchen with oven and everything you need during your stay. Large living room with a sofa convertible into 2 single beds. Full bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Large terraces overlooking the garden. Typical products to make a good breakfast, and beyond, will be at your disposal.
On the ground floor:
Large indoor parking space in the villa.
Very bright, it is perfect for everyone: couples, singles, business travelers, families, groups. Children are welcome.
