una bellissima vacanza!

La casa è fantastica: grande, ben organizzata, ottimamente accessoriata, pulita. Dal Paese, dal quale si gode una vista impareggiabile della costa e dell'Etna, è possibile raggiungere facilmente tutte le bellissime località della Sicilia orientale. Infine, Orazio e Nora, si sono dimostrati eccezionali, discreti, ma sempre disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Grazie di cuore.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Großzügige Wohnung. Sehr vollständige Ausstattung. Gut gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Perfekter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Und außerdem sehr liebenswerte Vermieter, denen wir hiermit nochmals danken.

Schöne Unterkunft mit allem Komfort

Das Haus von Orazio ist das schönste in der ganzen Straße. Dass er Schreinermeister ist, sieht man an der Inneneinrichtung, die mit viel Holz sehr liebevoll gestaltet ist. Hier klemmt keine Schublade! Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen konnten. Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße; man kann zu Fuß alles Notwendige einkaufen und ist in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Ein Auto ist trotzdem empfehlenswert, um die beeindruckende Gegend um den Ätna herum zu erkunden. Orazio und seine Frau sind sehr nett, erkundigen sich ab und zu, ob alles okay ist und lassen die Mieter ansonsten in Ruhe. Als wir Probleme mit der Rückgabe unseres Mietwagens hatten, haben uns die beiden sofort und selbstverständlich geholfen. Orazio hat uns sogar zum Flughafen nach Catania gebracht! Mille grazie, Orazio!!

Tolle Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgebaut und hat alles was man gebraucht. Die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderer bzw wenn man auf den Ätna möchte. Auch für weitere Touren geeignet, da man schnell zur Autobahn kommt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Vacanza in villa. Altro che albergo!

Sono stato in una villa fantastica. Rifinitacon tanti particolari e tanto legno. Completa di tutto e povo distante dai punti d'interesse salienti della costa est, da Taormina Siracusa passando per Catania. Con la famiglia siamo stati da favola. Proprietari cordialissimi e simpatici.

Un séjour dépaysant

L appartement et très confortable grâce à la climatisation , il faisait très chaud à la période ou nous avons séjournés . Très bien équipé besoin de presque rien. Les propriétaires très sympa vous indiquent a votre arriver ou trouver les magasins et ont dans l appartement des cartes des villes avoisinantes pour ceux ci n'ont pas eu le temps de préparer leur séjour . Grand merci a eux

Super!

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie haben für uns sogar die Adressen der Supermärkte auf Prospekten angestrichen. Een goed verzorgd huis, ruim en alles erin wat je nodig hebt.

De ontvangst was gastvrij en vriendelijk, heel vriendelijk. Het huis is ons geweldig goed bevallen. Alles wat je nodig hebt staat of ligt erin. Vanaf het terras zie je de Etna! Geweldig om daar rustig te zitten en naar de rook te kijken. Zaffer analyse Etna ligt goed voor uitstapjes, vooral een rit met de snowcat op de Etna is een aanrader. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en vanaf de straat zie je de zee.

Spacious and Comfortable

Good location to visit Eastern Sicily by car, very spacious and comfortable living space, kitchen with all main amenities, good WiFi, two bathrooms (one shower, one with bath), two double bedrooms, and friendly hosts. Recommended.

Ostern 15 Zafferana Etna

Wir waren während den Osterferien 2015 in Zafferana Etna bei der Familie Tomarchio, untergebracht. Die Wohnung (Erste Etage) ist wunderschön situiert mit Blick auf den Etna. Große sonnige Terrasse mit Tisch/Stühle und auch Grill mit Holzkohle. Die Wohnung ist landestypisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Fenster, Schiebetüre, Böden, Tische, Schränke und Küchenmöbel sind Maßhandarbeit aus heimischen Hölzern, da merkt man den Fachmann Orazio ist Schreiner! Bei der Einrichtung fühlt man Noras Hand, die bis ins kleine Detail dafür sorgt, dass man nichts vermisst. Im Bad ist alles, was man sich wünscht: Waschmaschine/Trockner/Waschmittel, Fön gr0ß und klein, sehr viele Frotteetücher und sogar Musik in der Duschkabine! In der Küche ist alles was man braucht, auch Kühlakku und Tiefkühltüte, von der Plastiktüte für den Müll bis zum Elektrogrill! Es ließ sich angenehm kochen: die Dunsthaube verziert mit sizilianischen Kacheln absorbierte auch den Bratengeruch von unseren Sardinen! In den Schlafzimmern waren die Betten sehr bequem. Die ruhige Lage und der abendliche Etnawein (sehr zu empfehlen) haben uns sanft in den Schlaf gewogen. Abends war es noch frisch: die Zentralheizung sprang sofort an. Wlan war vorhanden so konnten wir je nach Wetterlage unsere Ausflüge planen. Zeffarana als Ausgangspunkt hat sich sehr günstig erwiesen: Nah am Etna, nicht so weit von Syrakus (Altstadt, Markt, Nekropole Pantalica), Catania (Altstadt, Markt), Acireale, Taormina und Riposto als nächster Strandort. Vulcano war weiter weg aber dieser Ausflug war unvergesslich! In Zafferana oder Giarre kann man einkaufen auch am Sonntagvormittag. Sehr gut eingekauft hatten wir in Linguaglossa (via Roma, 25) auf dem Rückweg von der Schlucht Alcantara Landestypische Würste und Käse und Etnawein vom Ort in Plastikflaschen. Auf dem Markt in Catania kann man sehr preisgünstig einkaufen. Fisch und Meeresfrüchte, Obst und Gemüse. In Zafferana kann man auch gut und günstig essen (Pizzaria Orchidea / Belvedere). Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien verbracht und können Zafferana und die Wohnung der Familie Tomarchio weiter empfehlen. Blandine, Wolfgang und Caspar

Insuperabile!

Una bellissima casa dell ‘800, con muri di 70 cm, restaurata e finemente arredata personalmente su misura in legno dal suo proprietario Orazio… che insieme a Nora fanno una coppia di persone squisite che hanno accudito gentilmente il nostro breve soggiorno. Situata a due passi dal centro di Zafferana, in una tranquilla stradina secondaria, facilmente accessibile a tutti, e con vista sull'Etna. La casa con tre camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno enorme, e cucina attrezzatissima… la quale è addirittura fornita di forno a legna! . Riscaldamento a caldaia con radiatori dappertutto e un camino con sistema di cattura del calore…che altro dire… ci è risultata super accogliente!!!!!

Vacances à Zafferana

Appartement situé au Rdc de la Villa. Appartement impeccable : trés trés propre, trés bien équipé, literie confortable,tranquilité absolue. Nora et Orazio sont des propriétaires, accueillants,serviables, discrets. Zafferana se trouve à 10 km de la mer: Taormina,Catania,... La région est agréable et nous aurions du prévoir plus de jours de vacances pour mieux la connaître. Merci encore pour tout. Taha et Sarra
