If you are interested in a house rental for 5 people in Brittany for your holidays, this fully equipped house is composed as follows:

- Fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board,

- Pleasant and bright living room with a dining table and 6 chairs, a sofa and 2 armchairs, a 32-inch flat screen TV with integrated TNT, a coffee table. A very large bay window illuminates the living room,

-2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom of 11 m² with 2 twin beds in 90 * 200 (suitable for wheelchair users) and a bedroom of 11 m² with 1 bunk bed in 90 * 190 and a single bed. Each of these 2 bedrooms has a closet,

- Bathroom with a sink, a shower with a walk-in basin, as well as a toilet.
The shower is fitted with a retractable seat and a grab bar. The toilet is also adapted and equipped with a grab bar

- All our switches and sockets are placed so that a person in a wheelchair can use them without problems,

- The dishes are stored in the base of the kitchen,

- A suitable parking space is provided in the parking lot common to the Residence: If one of the people occupying the house is in a wheelchair, he will be authorized to approach the house with his vehicle as well as to leave their car parked at near the house.

This cottage benefits from an open garden of 300 m² as well as a terrace of 20 m². You will find there a garden furniture (a table and 2 benches) as well as 2 deckchairs to relax.

This house is heated with an individual thermodynamic boiler.
