This newly remodeled and professionally decorated condo, in the Maya Condominium, is just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. It features a heated resort-style outdoor pool and hot tub, a gym, pool, ping-pong, gas BBQs, and reserved covered parking. The condo is centrally located near all the amenities for easy access.

The recent luxury renovation features a high-end atmosphere with granite countertops throughout, new bedroom carpet, stainless steel appliances and a professional designed Bohemian-contemporary decor. Luxury linens, magnificently comfortable beds, pool towels & robes await. Blow dryers, curling irons are also provided.

Outside, an inviting private patio boasts of both shade and sunny spots. A retractable door makes this a delightful outside room. For the sports and cinema fans, each room is equipped with a 55” LED SMART TV – cable provided. The convenience of high speed wireless internet is included.

Directly across the street, is a conveniently located Starbucks a wonderful Sprouts grocery store, bike rental, restaurants, nail salon, and other retail shops.

Great location, walking distance to Old Town

Overall this property was great! Great location and very clean and welcoming! Convenient location. The only thing I would say is that the walls are thin and the noise from upstairs was very apparent.

Perfect Spot for Spring Ball

The unit has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms which were perfect. The patio and outdoor seating areas are great for hanging out in the morning and evening. We had a lovely welcome basket with beverages and chips and salsa which was a great surprise and perfect because we were starving! Parking is easy and you are close to Old Scotsdale.

AZ Girls’ Escape

Elizabeth was excellent to communicate with and prompt in responding to our questions (both before and during our stay). Her rental was very clean and well stocked. The patio was lovely and the unit was close to the hot tub, pool and fitness room. Having Sprouts right across the street was most convenient. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us. We enjoyed our stay and hated to leave!

Condo is lovely. Preparations for us were perfect, Elizabeth thought of everything. Beds so comfy and Location can’t be beat. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends. This was my first VRBO and it will be tough to beat!

Great Location and condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Elizabeth was very accommodating, allowing us an early checkin. The condo had everything. Very well equipped. The condo was located close to downtown Scottsdale, grocery markets and lots of restaurants. And the heated pool, although a bit crowded at times was wonderful to have a swim.

Family Reinion

My brother and sister met to celebrate our birthdays. We loved the condo. Especially the outside sitting area. The pool was amazing. Easy access to pool and spa. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were amazingly comfortable . Loved the layout. Will definitely come back to this specific condo given its proximity to everything.

Loreens condo was furnished beautifully. She equipped her kitchen better than ours at home. She really thought of everything to make us feel at home. You couldn't ask for a better location near stores and not far away is scottsdales green belt. We plan on returning in 2016.

Cozy 2 bedroom in a fantastic location

We stayed at the condo for 8 days. Very cozy with private patio. All the light and fan switches were clearly marked and small flashlights were available on the night stands. Plenty of room in each of the bedrooms, comfortable beds, large closets, plenty of hot water and very good water pressure. We enjoyed evenings in the hot tub which was located directly behind the patio. The location is near fantastic restaurants and shopping which were easy to navigate to from the assigned parking stall. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Scottsdale condo

This place was amazing! Kitchen options were wonderful. If you're staying on the weekend, it would like to play ping pong. You may want to go and ask with the business office about the paddles in the balls for the weekend. You have to get those from the business office and they were closed on the weekend. Amenities were great. Heated pool, pool table (little old)hot tub. Wonderful. This place I would recommend 100 percent.

A Real Gem

What a pleasure it was to stay at this beautiful VRBO! There were so many thoughtful touches in this unit. First, communication with Elizabeth was easy and quick. She had directions loaded on the VRBO confirmation, which were much appreciated, as the GPS wasn’t helpful in the big complex. Getting into the unit was super easy. The unit itself is very nicely decorated and very clean. One of the previous reviews said the condo was dated. The building itself may be older but the unit itself is absolutely lovely— not dated at all. We appreciated the surprise gift when we arrived, the coffee bar, the very well-stocked kitchen, the variety of pillows, the screened sitting area, and the extra plugs/usb next to the bed. The central location was great - whatever we needed was a short walk or drive. We had such a lovely stay! Already talking about returning next year.

Little gem in Scottsdale

This property was a great place to stay with 2 friends. We each had our own bed, full kitchen to cook a couple meals, great outside patio to relax with a morning cup of tea. Across the street from Sprouts grocery store, quiet location, pool, hot tub and workout room easily accessible. Close to a walking trail and green belt area.

Scottsdale vacation

Right when we walked into the property we knew we chose the right home. Treats were waiting for us and cold drinks in the fridge. The outdoor patio was where we spent all of our time. The pool was fabulous as wel. Walking to Old Town was convenient too

We so enjoyed our stay! The outdoor sitting area was fabulous. We were also greeted with bubbly water and snacks. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Access to the hot tub right outside the back gate which is so convenient. Would recommend this stay!

Weekend in Scottsdale

This place was perfect for our stay and it exceeded our expectations. It is located in the heart of Scottsdale, but you do not feel as though you are there when in the condo. We didn’t hear any of the road noise and were so relaxed. There was everything available there. We can’t say anything negative. Great communication. The bed was comfortable. The outside room space was relaxing. Having the dedicated parking space was an added benefit. Highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Fabulous Condo

We liked having two primary rooms with bathrooms. Condo had EVERYTHING! We appreciated the little touches: hair styling tools, nice hangers, plenty of towels, laundry hamper, nice coffee mugs & wine glasses, back gate to hot tub and pool. Super clean and good location.

Stayed here with a friend for four nights after reading great reviews which were highly accurate! Condo is clean, nicely decorated and immaculate as well as very comfortable beds!Location is very convenient and close to shops and pubs, and restaurants.
