Stone house located in a small countryside village 10 km from Duras, 40 km from Saint Emilion, 30 km from Bergerac, 10 km from Saint Foy la grande where you will find all the amenities 3 km from grocery, tobacco, bakery.
The house comprises on the ground floor a veranda which overlooks the garden, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, small appliances, etc.)
Bathroom with shower and bath, WC, utility room with washing machine
A spacious bedroom with double bed tv dvd wardrobe, a living room with two sofas tv dvd a dining area.
Upstairs two bedrooms, a large one both have tv dvd double bed
At your disposal two extra single beds, the necessary for two babies, board games, toys for children, library
The exteriors a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, a large very sunny garden with swing, hut for children (bicycle on request)

Great outside spaces

This property is great value for money for two families of four to stay. There is plenty of outside space for active kids to run around. There is also everything you need for al fresco BBQ dinners. The next supermarket is about 15 minutes away in Pineulh. The interior is quite dated and could do with an upgrade but you wouldn’t get the house for this price anymore. Overall we had a pleasant time here. Thanks very much!

Bel endroit mais manque d'attention pour les vacanciers.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé mais limite dans l'entretien de la maison (froid malgré le chauffage, fenêtre bloquée...) Très bon équipement pour les enfants et ados. Merci pour ce séjour.
