The ONLY elevator in the complex services your unit (31C). It can be found to the right of parking space, just past the staircase, around the corner on right. There you will also find luggage carts for your convenience- please return after you’ve unloaded your gear.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean off beach chairs and lean neatly against the 308 AC unit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Fire Arms in Unit - please secure in vehicle.
Any missing, broken or lost items from unit will be deducted from deposit. Contact me of property damage and include pics of damage when it occurs.
Treat our unit as you would if it were yours... keep the noise down after 10pm. You are 100% responsible for the actions of your guests. Have fun

Perfect for a family getaway!

Our family stayed here for 4th of july weekend and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. The condo was clean, property was well-kept, and the view was breathtaking. Not to mention the property manager, Tiffany, was just the sweetest! We will definitely book here again!

Came back for more on Tybee Island

Another great vacation in Tybee. We were here last year for only 2 days in April and came back again this year and stayed for 4 days. Condo was very clean and great location. Loved sitting on the big balcony and walked around the neighborhood and visited the Lighthouse and restaurants. My granddaughter loved the pools and we spent lots of time there. Very peaceful and the weather was perfect. Hope to come back again.

Nice Condo by the Light House

My husband and I wanted a beach getaway in Tybee, so I chose this condo for its location and large balcony.The condo is spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Would love to stay again.

Great first trip to Tybee!

The condo was perfect for our family’s first trip to Tybee Island. It’s a small walk to the beach but it was very hot so the elevator access was huge! Very easy check in, great pool access, and a beautiful view! We loved it and hope to return!

Nice place to stay

We really appreciate the convenient location in the north beach area and the ocean access. Watching the big ships come and go is fascinating. A more complete set of cooking equipment would be a nice addition; especially if you were planning a stay of more than a few nights.

Great location on Tybee!

We were only here for 2 days but we loved sitting on the balcony and had a great view of beach. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Pool was warm enough for my granddaughter to swim and we enjoyed watching the turtles by the pool. Good location and very peaceful. We come to Tybee every year in April and came in a few days earlier and glad we came here. Hope to come back!

A wonderful stay! Clean and new. The view was great. Went for a girls trip with my mom and aunt. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Definitely recommend this condo and would book again! Loved it!

We enjoyed our time and had a nice Mother's Day weekend with my mom and daughters and daughter-in-law... the owner was great to work with! Had a beautiful view from the balcony and enjoyed drinking coffee Etc and some of us also spotted dolphins!

Nice place! Enjoyed our stay at the 2 bedroom condo & the lovely views from the balcony. The elevator was nice since we were on the 3rd floor & visited with my elderly mom. The pools were clean & very relaxing, we spent one whole day enjoying them instead of going out to the beach. One small issue was that (probably due to the heavy rain just before we came) the path from the condo to the private beach was impassable. I did venture on my own but had to wade through more than 20ft of almost knee-high stagnant water to get to the ocean. Pretty disappointing considering that the private beach was the whole reason for choosing this property. However I don’t think there’s much anyone could do about the weather. Just FYI for future stays after a heavy rain. We ended up going to North Beach and paid for parking just 3mins away. Our host was very responsive & pleasant. The condo was decorated cute, the property was very quiet & we felt safe. It was small but felt roomy, the linens & bedding were clean. Beds were comfy & we slept great. The dishwasher might not be working tho bc some dishes in the cabinet were dirty & after we ran a load some still came out unclean. The WIFI & TV worked well & there were plenty of dvds/books to choose from. We used the coffee maker, oven, microwave, washer & dryer… all were convenient and easy to use. Check in & using the code/lock was super easy. Loved waking up to have breakfast on the balcony looking out to the ocean. Just beautiful!

Furnishings minimal but worked

This unit has a wonderful view of the beach and easy access. We loved that there was an elevator and parking for two cars. The beach was not crowded and we loved looking for shells. There is a lot to see and do nearby also. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay but the dining table was not large enough for 6 people (for which there is sleeping) and the water pressure was poor. The water also had a bad smell and taste. We felt the furnishings were poorly matched and paint was chipping off kitchen table. We might try another place next time.

Great location and quiet beach

Check in was very easy.. Bill was very responsive and easy to communicate. Condo located 3rd floor. Has great view. 3 minutes walking to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs. Unit does not have beach towels so you want to bring yours. Unit can use little bit more cleaning and maybe little more kitchen cookware. Overall, it was great stay!

The care and attention to detail is apparent the minute you walk through the door. Super cute and newly renovated, this condo is literally steps from the beach. Although distracted by the amazing view, everything we needed was at our fingertips. They even provided beach towels! Nobody does that! We were a party of 2 adults and 2 teens, and had plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. We cooked in several meals and had everything we needed. We were amazed by how quiet the complex was, as there were a lot of people and children staying there. Unfortunately it was too cool to try out the pools, but they looked pristine. If you're looking for a clean, well-maintained property for your next stay--this is it!

I want to firstly say that our host was super helpful and responsive when I reached out. We had an issue with a toilet and he got someone out to fix the issue ASAP. That being said, the unit needs some attention. I understand that living next to the beach, there will be moisture but this particular unit is definitely falling disrepair because of it. When we first arrived, we noticed that the unit smelled heavily like mildew and we had to quickly open up windows to get the smell out. The floors are buckled and badly warped and the paint is peeling in some places. Multiple bowls and dishes in the bottom cupboards had mold/mildew growing on them and we just bought our own to be safe. The couch cushions and pillows also smelled badly. The kitchen table is painted and is peeling which made it really hard to clean. The kitchen is advertised as “fully stocked” but as someone who cooks regularly, I would disagree. I had to buy knives because of how dull the ones in the kitchen were. There are no spices, even with a cupboard labeled for them so be prepared to buy them. Lastly, the host needs to have a serious conversation with his cleaners. This place was covered in sand, beyond the normal amount for a beach condo. The beds had sand IN them when we first crawled into them. The towels had black hair on them and were wet. Yes we still had fun and the condo is in a great location for beach access but not worth the price in comparison to other places on the island.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this unit the minute we walked thru the door and saw nothing but beach and Atlantic ocean in front of us (and from Master Bedroom!). This building is also serviced by the only elevator in the Light House Point Complex. (Note: As of this writing the elevator is under repair from damage done by recent hurricanes).
