The cottages of La Motte Parent offer two houses, independent of one another, stone country in a green, quiet and relaxing. We have furnished and equipped them thinking of the comfort and well-being of our holidaymakers.
Our small village is a dead end road with very little traffic and you have plenty of room to park right in front of the house.
Each house has a large private garden, located directly behind the house, where you can admire the sunset over the rolling countryside, bask in the sun, read in the shade of trees, or enjoy good local products on the terrace. terrace. Barbecue, tables and garden seats, deckchairs, all this is provided just for you! The garden cottage is a playroom ideal for children or an additional relaxation area for older children.
If you like walking, the pedestrian path that separates the large gardens will invite you to make beautiful walks in the countryside.
The village of Plouguenast is 800 meters away and offers all the shops and services (bars, restaurants, all food shops, florist, pharmacy, medical house, cinema, Intermarché with 24/24 service station, etc ...). And at half an hour by car you are at the sea!
