The Gîtes de la Motte Parent offer two houses, independent of each other, in local stone, in a green, calm and relaxing setting. We have furnished and equipped them with the comfort and well-being of our holidaymakers in mind.
Our small village is a dead end therefore very little traffic and you have all the space to park right in front of the house.
Each house has a large private garden, located directly behind the house, from where you can admire the sunset over the hilly countryside, bask in the sun, read in the shade of the trees, or taste good local products on the terrace. Barbecue, garden tables and chairs, deckchairs, everything is provided just for you! The garden chalet is an ideal playroom for children or an additional relaxation area for older children.
If you like walking, the pedestrian path that separates the large gardens will invite you to take beautiful walks in the countryside.
The village of Plouguenast is 800 meters away and offers all the shops and services (bars, restaurants, all food shops, florist, pharmacy, medical center, cinema, intermarket with 24-hour service station, etc.). And half an hour by car you are at sea!
Your little dog or cat friends will be welcome if they stay under your supervision and promise to behave well ...

The Blue Cottage, ideal for 4 people and pleasant for 5/6.
On the ground floor a large living room: living room - dining room with television, sofas, armchairs, etc ... , an equipped kitchen, and a wc with sink.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms: the 1st spacious bedroom with 1 large double bed + 2 folding armchairs 1 place each, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, and the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds also with wardrobe- wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, etc.
A bathroom with a large shower bath, sink and wc.
If you wish baby equipment (folding bed, high chair, bath, potty, mattress for change) can be made available (free of course).
Bed linen and towels are included in your rental.

The flexibility of your dates of stay is quite possible, if the calendar of our reservations allows it.
