Lovely, clean, kid-friendly, comfortable beach house with easy, private beach access just steps away directly across Ocean Blvd. Rock on the screened-in front porch and enjoy the sound of the waves. Enjoy evening sunsets on the back deck, or play ring toss in the carport after a long day on the beach.
**Sunday - Sunday rental in the summer to avoid the busy Saturday bridge traffic and enjoy the least crowded beach day of the week!! Spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. Sleeps 8. Open kitchen/dining/living space. Updated appliances.

Very close to beach access which we loved. We were there for rest, sun, and food! We got plenty of all!!! The bed was nice and firm. We had everything we needed at the house. No issues.

Wonderful location very close to beach

This home is very well cared for with all the amenities you would hope to have for a relaxing get away. The beach is about a 3 minute walk away and extremely easy to access. I highly recommend this home for many reasons but want to highlight its cleanliness and close proximity to the beach.

Great holiday weekend stay!

The house was perfect for us! It was a little further from restaurants than we’re used to but wasn’t a big deal. Beach access was super close! We loved hanging out on the front porch. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving at Holden

Due to Covid, our large house gathering fell apart. Was able to find this nice little property 150 yards off the beach on late notice. They delayed closing it up for us, which was very nice. Communication was wonderful, everything was exactly as stated. House functioned perfectly for what we needed it for, would definitely rent again if the situation were right.

Charming beach house

Lovely well-appointed property. A short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking, and room to relax. Very clean. Property is most of the way down the beach road, making traffic very light and family friendly.

Nice house just steps from the ocean!

This house met our needs well. It was clean and equipped nicely. We needed the screened in porch because there was a lot of rain that week! (Unusual). I would suggest three things that would have been nice: A recycling bin (many homes have them, this one does not); potholders; salt and pepper (hard to bring - lots of houses get that cheap set you can buy.) Otherwise, it was perfect. No real complaints. I loved how close it was to the ocean and the beach was beautiful and quiet. No problem distancing!
