Resort Fun at its Best. This South Shore Lake Resort 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo has fabulous views of Lake Hamilton with floor to ceiling windows to maximize your viewing pleasure. The condo features a King bed with a Queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living area. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. You will have full access to all of the Resort amenities including the Newly Refurbished, gorgeous 9 hole mini-golf course, Cabana hot tub, game room with billiards and ping pong, mini-golf, tennis, pickle ball and basketball! The Cabana and lakefront pools are open for the season. This unit is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

Great vacation get away.

We stayed here for memorial day weekend. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. The people that were on site managing the property were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. When we go back this will be my first choice!

This is a super clean condo with a beautiful lake view.

We had a wonderful time. This condo is steps from the hot tub and has a beautiful lake view. It is close to area attractions, but also super private.

Our anniversary trip

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice and roomy. The place was clean and very cozy. The location was great, close enough to Bathhouse Row but far enough from there to be part of the locals. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay...

We had a lovely girl's weekend getaway at this condo. Everything about the condo was exactly as described and expected. We did get quite the surprise by having the entire cabana to ourselves the first night! The sauna and hot tub were very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong, as well as the swing with a lovely view of the lake. Having the safety of a gated community and needing a key to get into the cabana was nice. The cabana doesn't close at night, so no need to rush back from dinner to enjoy the hot tub. For those wondering, the pool is not heated. There are several restaurant choices nearby, but I highly recommend Trejo's Mexican restaurant just 3 minutes away. Delicious food and drinks along with spacial awareness. The mall is just down the road. We enjoyed the balcony and view. All exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne!! It was just what we needed.

It was a great location. The room was a little outdated, the bed was okay, and the bedding was super scratchy, we had to sleep on a sheet and the water in the shower comes out of the facet so not much prrssure in the wayer head. With that being said it was a greay location and very clean. Could use a bigger TV in the bedroom. Watching the fireworks from the balcony was AMAZING! The view itself was worth it. OH!! There needs to be a curtain over the bedroom window, because there os absolutely no way you can sleep in with how bright it gets so early!! That was hard to manage. The amenities were awesome!! So many things to do and its a very quite area at night.

The room wasn’t ready at the check in time I had been emailed. Room was a little more dated than expected and the A/C unit outside the bedroom was pretty loud at night. Overall it was a good stay for just the couple of nights that we were there.

The bed was uncomfortable! The shower was weak and small! There were moldy coffee grounds in coffee filter basket! No smoking on balcony and no information on a smoking area! This information was not provided in description of property! We were very disappointed!

The property was ok… The mini golf, tennis, and inside activities were nice. My room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathtub was dirty, huge chunks of food under the bed, the sheets didn’t seem clean, the Wi-Fi was extremely weak, and some of the electrical outlets were faulty. The staff were extremely nice.

July getaway

Our stay at this very nice property was relaxing! It's easy to get to and nicely updated. The shower could use a little work but our Host was extremely responsive when the A/C was not cooling! We would like to stay here again!

I loved everything about my stay. The check in and out was a breeze. Our host was very kind, helpful and extremely timely with her responses when I reached out to her with questions. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was so very comfortable and the view of Lake Hamilton was amazing. I will definitely be returning for another stay soon.

Weekend getaway

The property was clean and just right for a couple. Bed was very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The hot tub and sauna were great after a surprise snowfall in March!
