Resort Fun at its Best. This South Shore Lake Resort 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo has fabulous views of Lake Hamilton with floor to ceiling windows to maximize your viewing pleasure. The condo features a King bed with a Queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living area. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. You will have full access to all of the Resort amenities including the Newly Refurbished, gorgeous 9 hole mini-golf course, Cabana hot tub, game room with billiards and ping pong, mini-golf, tennis, pickle ball and basketball! The Cabana and lakefront pools are open for the season. This unit is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

Great vacation get away.

We stayed here for memorial day weekend. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. The people that were on site managing the property were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. When we go back this will be my first choice!

This is a super clean condo with a beautiful lake view.

We had a wonderful time. This condo is steps from the hot tub and has a beautiful lake view. It is close to area attractions, but also super private.

July getaway

Our stay at this very nice property was relaxing! It's easy to get to and nicely updated. The shower could use a little work but our Host was extremely responsive when the A/C was not cooling! We would like to stay here again!

The bed was uncomfortable! The shower was weak and small! There were moldy coffee grounds in coffee filter basket! No smoking on balcony and no information on a smoking area! This information was not provided in description of property! We were very disappointed!

Our anniversary trip

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice and roomy. The place was clean and very cozy. The location was great, close enough to Bathhouse Row but far enough from there to be part of the locals. We will definitely be back.

Last Vacation Stop on Road Trip

We made this our last overnight stay on our Road Trip vacation. The condo was clean and inviting. The proximity to shopping and dining was great! The view from the balcony was beautiful. The only thing I would change is the number of nights we stay next time!

Everything was just as advertised. The Wi-Fi was very weak but no big deal. Definitely a good place to stay. Specially, if you have kids, there is several things to do on the property.

The property was ok… The mini golf, tennis, and inside activities were nice. My room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathtub was dirty, huge chunks of food under the bed, the sheets didn’t seem clean, the Wi-Fi was extremely weak, and some of the electrical outlets were faulty. The staff were extremely nice.

Great getaway

Everything was exactly as described. The check in process followed the steps outlined in the email. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The pool, hot tub and sauna area were very clean. We also played shuffleboard, pickle ball, & billiards. There is a Harps grocery store within 1 min of the location. My son and I visited Lake Catherine State park and the Alligator farm.

Loved it.

We loved everything about the condo, except the mattress on the bed. Woke up with backaches every morning. Other than that, we really enjoyed it. It's just like the listing. We were able to play ping pong, pool, even tennis. The location was great, quite. Everything you need is in the condo. We will definitely be coming back.

Need to check your bathroom door. Lower hinge is loose (looks like u may have tried to fix in past?). Door rubs on floor which also seems to buckle upward. Otherwise very nice. Thank you!!

Wonderful stay...

We had a lovely girl's weekend getaway at this condo. Everything about the condo was exactly as described and expected. We did get quite the surprise by having the entire cabana to ourselves the first night! The sauna and hot tub were very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong, as well as the swing with a lovely view of the lake. Having the safety of a gated community and needing a key to get into the cabana was nice. The cabana doesn't close at night, so no need to rush back from dinner to enjoy the hot tub. For those wondering, the pool is not heated. There are several restaurant choices nearby, but I highly recommend Trejo's Mexican restaurant just 3 minutes away. Delicious food and drinks along with spacial awareness. The mall is just down the road. We enjoyed the balcony and view. All exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne!! It was just what we needed.

Relaxing stay

My husband and I spent restful and relaxing Labor Day weekend at this property. We arrived on Friday evening to find a very clean and well appointed unit. Even though it is not directly on the water, we had a great view of Lake Hamilton from the large bedroom window and the balcony off the living space. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. (The only thing that I found lacking was a baking sheet.) The bedroom was simply decorated with a serene blue bed quilt. Pillows were plentiful to pile up for reading in the bed. There was a sufficient supply of towels, bath tissue, soap, etc. The only problem that we encountered was occasional spotty WiFi which made watching a movie on Netflix difficult on Friday evening. We enjoyed several local restaurants as well as cooking in. Overall it was a very relaxing and restful weekend. We hope to be able to return after Covid-19 so that we can better explore the Hot Springs / Lake Hamilton area.
