Small house in Ardèche near the gorges

It is a small terraced house, located just next to Saint Martin d'Ardèche and the beach, in the holiday residence of Roches Vertes.
Your parking place is located just in front of the gate of the small terrace.
The terrace is completely enclosed, with a garden furniture, a barbecue and a corner for sunbathing. Well-behaved animals are welcome.
It is perfect for 4 and good for 6: there is a bed 140 in 190 in the room, another in the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the playroom.
The games room is a separate room in the cottage, in which you will find a sofa bed, flat screen, foosball, books and board games.
The house is equipped with all necessary dishes and utensils. However, I ask my tenants to provide their sheets, pillowcases and pillowcases and their household linen (towels and washcloths, beach towels, napkins, hand towels and dishes).
