Located at the East end of the Thomas Drive beaches. This unit is as comfortable as it is beautiful. It is professionally decorated. The grounds are lovely, and Seychelles is next door to a fantastic Panama City Beach landmark called Schooner's. You can walk over for lunch or dinner, or to get a nice frozen cocktail while you are on the beach, or by the pool.

This is the quiet end of Thomas Drive, you'll avoid the traffic, the crowds, and the noise. At Seychelles, it's all about you and the beach! It won't take long to get to the sugar-white beach and emerald-green water because Seychelles features the fastest elevators in Panama City Beach! Not only that, beautiful St. Andrews State Park is within walking distance as are other great restaurants such as Captain Anderson's and many more!

During the day, you can splash at one of several of Panama City Beach's water parks. We have big slides, small slides, thrill slides and even kiddie slides, but the one thing they have in common as you can get wet and cool off from the Florida sunshine.

ABOUT OUR CONDO:
- Oceanfront Condo. 1 King Bedroom + 2 Bunk Beds, 2 Baths.
- Rental includes (2) beach chairs and (1) umbrella (March 1 - October 31) No need to haul chairs and umbrellas down to the beach multiple times a day. The beach chair service provides you a set of sturdy wooden beach chairs and an over-sized umbrella to protect you and your loved one from the sun. The daily beach rental for these chairs can be as much as $50 a day.

This is a 22nd floor premium Gulf Front condo at Seychelles Beach Resort. From your Private balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view and listen to the relaxing sounds of the waves crashing on the shoreline. Don’t forget to pack your binoculars so you can see the ocean life swimming in the gulf. This spacious balcony is furnished so that you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee, indulge yourself with a good book, or relax and watch one of our spectacular sunsets over the emerald-green water.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats 4 plus three bar stools at the eat-up kitchen bar.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a beautiful king size bed. There is a dresser you can use to unpack your clothes so you don’t have to vacation out of your suitcase. The bedroom has a flat screen TV. There is cable in this room as well. The large closet provides plenty of space for hanging clothes and luggage. The private master bath has a tub.

The GUEST BATHROOM is located in the hallway and features a vanity, and has a walk-in shower.

The LAUNDRY contains a washer and dryer for your convenience.

- Free cable TV.
- Keyless Entry Lock for easy access into the condo so there is no need to keep up with keys or cards. One week before you check-in, we will generate your numeric code and email it along with your Welcome Letter.

- (4) guest maximum (includes children all ages)
- Check-in is 3:00 p.m
- Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
- This unit is a no-pet, non-smoking condo
- Weekly Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during peak season
- You will be dealing with the owner, not an uncaring management company.

OTHER INFORMATION:
- Our HOA charges a $35.00 Parking fee per vehicle
- Only 1 vehicle per condo allowed
- Trailers, Boats & RVs not allowed
- Property bands are required to be worn at all times while on property.
- Additional guests over condo limit can result in possible eviction

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
- Renter must be over 25 yrs old
- Signed Rental Agreement Required
- Copy of Driver's License
