Fantastic Condo, Perfect Location

Absolutely loved staying at this condo! The views from the 22nd floor are breath-taking! Love having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The condo was very clean and had everything we would need. The location is perfect! Nice walk down to St. Andrews and of course placed next door to Schooners which is always a favorite of ours for lunch and great beach views. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for a memorable trip!

The couch and love seat were terrible, one in our party has back problems and it was almost impossible for her to get out of because it was so low. Overall we really liked the condo, but because of the seating I would have to stay elsewhere.

Beautiful view just needs TLC

Maybe some modernization to this unit would be a plus. Furniture not very comfortable, not too sure we didn't sleep on a box spring instead of a mattress. Adirondack chairs to enjoy the fantastic view is a minus. All you see is railing when you set in them. Cleaning personnel didn't leave the required documents for us and the kitchen is scarcely stocked. Overall the unit was clean, just needs so TLC in our opinion.

Great Condo with a great location!

Check-in went smoothly and kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing! The included beach chairs helped out tremendously with not having to drag chairs and an umbrella out every day! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

What an incredible property this place is, perfectly nestled right on the white-sand beach with an amazing top floor view of the Gulf (seriously, the pictures can't do the view justice). The bed, shower, kitchen, and living room are all very nice and kindly stocked. The included resort beach chairs were also very nice and could be reserved for the duration. We cannot wait to visit again!

Great vacation!

We have stayed at Seychelles several times over the years and love the area. This is the first time that we've stayed on the 22nd floor and the views are incredible! The condo was very clean on arrival, well furnished, and everything functioned as it should the entire week we were there. Marlene is a great host and communicated well throughout the entire trip.
