Being on the second floor you feel as one with the pool and the sand and do not have to depend on elevators. Seychelles is a smoke free property. Property amenities includes: Two Pools, Hot Tub, BBQ Grills, and Covered Parking and is right next door to Schooner's Restaurant! Perfect for 2 couples. We also have a pull out sofa sleeper so you can comfortably sleep 6 people. Everything you need for a perfect vacation!

NOTE:

Per HOA, Blackout dates are dates that each unit is restricted to one vehicle being parked
on association property. This is designed to ensure each unit has access to a
parking spot as stated in the Declaration of Condominium. The 2024 Blackout
dates are listed below:
