Welcome to the newly remodeled Seychelles 901

Our condo is a three-bedroom two bath beach residence great for a large party because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the wraparound balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf while we’re enjoying our coffee and the morning sunshine. We’ve made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. It has a really nice look that creates the feel of home at the beach. Beach service also included during season!!

We also wanted to make this a home away from home for us and for our guests. In fact, we’ve purchased beach service so that our guests can enjoy the beach without having to lug chairs and an umbrella to the beach. Seychelles is located on Thomas Drive which makes it close to lots of the family activities available in Panama City Beach, but it’s far enough away that you won’t have to deal with lots of traffic. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment.

Excellent Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The price was higher than what we usually like to spend but the location was perfect (we prefer this end of the beach), the condo was amazing and clean and everything was provided. The elevators were quick & parking was easy. We loved the beach chair service. Check in and check out were really easy. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Lovely corner unit condo with a full walk around balcony

Traveled with friends to the Schooners Lobsterfest. This condo is right next to Schooners. We could sit on our balcony and hear the music from the beach. The balcony is accessible from the living room, main bedroom and 2nd bedroom overlooking the bay. So, you can actually watch the sunset rise and set. The condo was decorated nicely and very clean.

We had a great stay in 901. The balcony is amazing with wonderful views. The place was clean and as pictured. No check in just show up and you have parking tag and bands for the pool in the room. We had one small maintenance issue and it was fixed that day. Would definitely stay again

The condo was fabulous. It was extra clean, everything we needed was available. The furniture was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The condo was actually better than described. We had a great stay here and I would definitely recommend it.

This condo was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The patio furniture was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and the beach chairs with umbrella included is always a plus. We used them everyday! Thank you for a great vacation.

Fabulous 50th at Seychelles!

Seychelles is an amazing, fun, convenient and just simply a phenomenal beach get-away. 901 had all the luxuries of home, with room for all. I wouldn't change a thing except extending my time there for... well FOREVER :).

Beach Stay

The condo was clean and located in a good place along the beach. The pool and property were well kept and I was pleased with the ease of check-in. The balcony being a wrap around was very nice and allowed you to enjoy being outside at all times even with the rain. The only problem we had was having to park one of our two vehicles at another lot for the duration of our stay. Would definitely recommend this stay to somebody else.

Perfect Fall Break

Perfect fall break did my daughter and her friend ! Myself and my sister had a blast as well, we were able to check in 2 hrs earlier, received a text saying the condo was ready.... What a great surprise !!!!

Beautiful Rental!

This is a beautiful unit, clean and beautiful decor even more updated than pictures on the listing. We love Seychelles because it's a little quieter on that end of the beach and it's proximity to our favorite place, Schooners. Our teenage granddaughter and her friend enjoyed the privacy of their room and own bathroom. We loved having coffee while seeing the sun rise over the marina and bay from the wrap around balcony and watching the dolphins play in the gulf. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Great condo

We have stayed Seychelles for many years and this was the nicest condo so far. We had 2 minors problems. The iron didn’t work and the k-pod coffee was hard to use. Everything in the condo is updated and high end, even the instant water heater! We hope to stay here every year!!

Wonderful condo

This is probably the best condo we have ever stayed in! The floor plan was amazing for our family. We loved the huge wrap around balcony. Only downfall is that the beach was not wheelchair accessible. There are multiple layers of steps to get down. I wish there was a ramp of some sort. My 8 year old daughter is in a chair. This year we were able to carry her down to the beach but that will hinder us from staying at this property in the future. That needs to be updated.

Perfect October beach weather

Property was as it appeared in the pictures. It was nice and clean. Couch and love seat need to be replaced or cleaned to get rid of stains. It’s also not very comfortable to sit on. TV’s in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms couldn’t change the channels. Only on one channel. Definitely be prepared to bring extra toilet paper and there’s not even any salt and pepper shakers or packets. Unit had been refurbished, bathrooms were both nice tiled showers and not your usual plastic inserts. After much back and forth about needing a 2nd parking pass for the garage, which we were told wasn’t going to happen, we were very pleased to arrive and have that 2nd parking pass. Otherwise, one car was going to the overflow parking across the street. So thanks for that. Overall stay was enjoyable, great weather, but there wasn’t anything that made this unit stand out as great. Just a good place to stay. With that said, we would look at staying there again.

GREAT stay!!!

We were provided a code to enter our condo a few days before our stay. The email also advised that we did not have to check in and could go straight to our condo. (Which was nice!) It also advised that if the condo was cleaned earlier, we could arrive earlier. We received a text around 1200 on our arrival date and advised it was ready for us. They provided an early check in door code as well. We arrived around 2pm and quickly found out you needed a code to access the parking garage and building. This code was different than any of the provided condo door codes. Fortunately there were a few temporary parking spaces available in the parking garage. There was a nice gentleman exiting the building that explained the garage code, entry door code, and beach gate code. (That info would have been nice to know prior to arriving!) Anyways, we found our condo and used the provided entry code. The condo smelled of pine sol.....and a mop that had not been changed in some time. We put our crawler (less than 1 year old) on the floor to look around and within a minute noticed her knees and feet were very dirty. (I did not report this as I had my entire family there and we would have had the floor that dirty in a short time unpacking.) The condo was exactly as described, but my wife commented that the pictures made the rooms look bigger. (We had 3 in pack n plays so we needed a master bedroom slightly bigger than what was there...but we made it work!) The view and balcony was no less than AWESOME!!! We watched dolphins almost every morning and saw stingrays a couple others. The elevators were fast, the pool was clean, and the beach entrance with hoses/shower was terrific. I made a comment to my daughter that the only downside I could find was I never saw anyone cleaning the high touch areas (elevator buttons, handrails, etc.). Shortly after that statement, she returned from the pool and said she witnessed the elevators being cleaned and hand sanitizer being installed next to the elevators. So overall, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here! The few items I mentioned above were very minor to me considering the overall appearance/stay....so 5 stars all the way.

Wonderful unit but...

Awesome view, very clean, beautiful wrap around porch with awesome view of the Gulf. Nicely furnished however, we were not able to use coffee pot due to missing pieces for brewing kcups. Even using the regular coffee pot, no filters were provided . There was no iron for pressing clothes, although an ironing board was present. I know we are to bring extra amenities however, for the price per night, we only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Would stay again but just expected a little more!
