At the west end of panama city beach, close to pier park with beautiful views up and down the beach from the largest balconies on the beach. A two bedroom condo with king-size beds in both rooms, plus a sofa-bed. A beautifully decorated condo that is a cut above the typical condo. Wireless internet and cable TV including HBO, DVD player and games for the rare afternoons that it rains. New this year is a big screen smart TV with netflix and amazon TV, and a new big screen TV in the Master Bedroom

Complex has 2 pools, hot tub, gym and tennis court.

Great Condo

The condo was exactly what’s was advertised. Couldn’t ask for a better stay from the convenience of location to the gorgeous view off the huge balcony. The condo was the nicest one we ever stayed at Panama City, definitely be back this fall !!

Nice property, friendly hosts

Very nice property, clean, and well maintained. Has a dual function coffee pot, able to brew a pot or brew single k cups. Parking on property is tight if you're in a larger SUV, but parking is available across the street with more room and spacious. parking spots. The property does have a 10 o'clock quiet time and the pools close at 10. If you're looking for a nice family friendly atmosphere to enjoy your stay in PCB then this is where you'll want to stay, not a wild party kind of property.

Great property with everything you need for a perfect week at the beach. Patty and Joe are very responsive owners and check to make sure you have everything you need. The complimentary beach chairs are such a great bonus. Beautiful view and the best balcony ever!

Great Condo

We like this condo better than others we have stayed at on the beach. The balconies are larger and curved, there is an indoor/outdoor heated pool, the eating table is larger, there was no wall of mirror, and it was nicely furnished.

Amazing condo!

My family has been staying at Emerald Isle Condominiums since 2008. Patty and Joe have made this experience one of our best yet! The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. The view from the 17th floor is amazing. Having access to the beach chairs is a huge plus! I can't say enough about how wonderful our week has been. We look forward to coming back and staying here again next year.

January 2021 - At the BEACH!

Great property and hardly another sole in sight. The unit was easy to gain access and very clean. All the basics were covered (as noted in the listing), but there is nothing the photos which lets you understand how stunningly beautiful it is at 6:30AM with a cup of coffee on the balcony - gentle surf, blue ocean, white sand, and a sunrise. Go for the coffee - stay for the week, I highly recommend the mental health break!!!

Always a wonderful stay!

So enjoyed being back at Joe & Patty's place in August for a amazing two weeks, we had a great time as always. Much appreciated the upgraded kitchen appliances. Still amazed at the gorgeous balcony views and sunsets every single time. Joe/Patty, along with the HOA & VRBO were fantastic in communcating alerts & updates on Tropical storm Fred. (which was only rain/wind) We were so fortunate to have beautiful weather overall and the resort & staff were excellent as the last two stays. Thanks!!

Emerald Isle Condo spring break

This Emerald Isle Condo was wonderful. The view from the oversized rounded balcony is fabulous. The unit was well stocked with an abundance of kitchen supplies. Stacked washer and dryer are in the unit. The beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Owner was quick to respond to all questions. Elevator waits were not overly long and the beach area was not overly crowded. The condo was located in a quieter location on the west end. Daily beach service with two chairs and an umbrella was included in the price. We would definitely stay here again.

Host are great at communicating and even notified us that we could check in early. The location is excelle t. Has a Winn Dixie grocery store just to the east and the famous Thomas Donuts just to the west of the condo. Thw two pools was never crowded extra large jacuzzi was incredible. The unit comes with 2 beach chairs which is a extra bonus because rental of the chairs come a 60 per day charge. Will definitely be my new return condo.

Always a Wonderful time!

When we arrive, it always feels like we're staying at a friends beautiful place on the beach while they're out of town. Only place we've stayed at in PCB, believe this year was our 10th stay @Emerald Isle & 8th stay here. Can't say enough about the beautiful condo & amenities. Huge balconies to enjoy breakfast, dinners and gorgeous sunsets,literally steps to the beach with no ramp/stairs, everything oceanfront. Could go on, but will say this-no elevator issues & not slow The owners are great!

Outstanding 17th floor views!

Property was exactly as listed. Good communication with owners. Easy keyless entry. Included a front row chair set that was very nice. There is a 40 parking charge for the week that's payable on arrival at the office. Unit was extremely well stocked with anything you might need as far as cooking,dining,etc. Bed was very comfy. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Condo overlooking the Gulf!

We will continue to stay at this condo. It’s perfect. It’s clean and has a beautiful view to watch the dolphins.. Beach chair service is nice and comes with the condo. The beds are comfortable and it has any kitchen item you need. It couldn’t be any better.

Why they chose this property

I went to Panama City Beach in Florida when I was in school and I always wanted to buy a home here. When I walked out on the balcony at Emerald Isle I said 'wow' and was sold before the Realtor started talking.

What makes this property unique

The soft white sand is nicer than Cancun, and the water is clear. One can stand on the balcony and see up and down the beach for miles and miles, and there is enough room to have the whole family on the balcony.
